I have incorporated in my food and/or drinks (distilled or reverse osmosis water) the following, mostly in my drink except for the raspberry that have been “blenderized” spread out over a 24 hour period to my minimum daily water intake of 2-2.5L/day fortified with pink Himalayan salt depending on weather and level of activity:

Organic and/or non-gmo as much as possible the following:

Nigella sativa(black cumin), turmeric, garlic, ginger, lab grown chlorella, raspberries ALL as immune boosters and detox.

Most importantly if possible non-gmo organic fresh fruits and vegetables eaten raw as much as possible. Once you cook (Pasteurization temp and above) your food you pretty much consume mostly “dead calories” as the enzymes, etc (life force) are deactivated/attenuated. So I have to relearn how to eat room temperature and/or slightly warm meals. Doesn’t taste as good but at least it’s “ALIVE”

-Measles question: There is NO vaccine that is 100 percent effective. I have seen in the remote past patients/children who presented with signs and symptoms of measles that have been vaccinated although “milder” compared to what the textbooks tell you. The immune system is subject to being exposed and attacked by microorganisms ALL the time and have been exceptionally well designed to fight those off successfully.

People become sick when the immune system is compromised Intentionally or unintentionally. So when someone becomes ill the “treatment” is to help the immune system (adequate fluids, rest, healthy lifestyle in general).

It is counter intuitive that if someone takes medication for fever and/or pain, cough etc is the illness is being prolonged since the fever/pain/cough etc are a sigh of a healthy and working immune response.

Obviously if the temperature is too high then it has to be brought down, or pain is too much has to be addressed. The reflex reaction is take a pharmaceutical product for each and every “signs and symptoms” of an illness instead of either “riding out” the illness or taking holistic/homeopathic remedies when needed.

When I get the “flu” I actually bundle myself up to make me break into sweat and recovering is shorter. I have bought and use a TENS unit for pain also.

When I was still working as a physician I would consider that I had done my job well if the patient and I agree that NO prescription/medication is needed unless absolutely necessary especially antibiotics.

Meditation, detox and CBD helps a lot too. Just have to research the detox and CBD part which is widely available in the internet.
