They cleverly worded this. I'm guessing it's to prepare for the day when social media in US gets taken down for aiding and abetting election fraud. Though, in this case I can't see the incentive to block social media because the US lefties there are all supportive of their communist regime there anyway.

The bigger issue right now is actually getting the public to accept the fraud and breaking the illusion of the "progressive majority". It's not going to be easy for them because they have been so set against the whole idea. There would be a lot of explaining to do. Basically, what's happening now but x100.
Pros: Absolutely fucking nothing
Cons: Patriots become more enraged at the lack of justice, tensions are high, perfect opportunity for FBI and CIA to false flag
Scenario 2: The info comes out in a smart way where it can't be censored and every one gets to hear the report in full before the MSM spin. The proof is too overwhelming to deny, that the MSM caves in and begrudgingly reports it afterward, but maintains that Trump is wrong and that Biden is still president. This one is the interesting one because the real panic begins when Biden and Harris voluntarily leave office to save face. The spin will be that Biden didn't know about the fraud, so he plays the act of "doing the right thing" and walking away from the presidency.
Pros: Civil war averted, patriots get to cool down a bit, partial narrative victory
Cons: It's not the whole truth, people will still deny widespread fraud, big question mark on everyone's head about what will happen next, Antifa/BLM will start shit
Scenario 3: Basically, SHTF. The bad guys do something really extreme like arresting Trump or nuking something to start a war. Something that requires the good guys to go all out and pull a Myanmar. Martian law + EBS + mass arrests. The stuff of dreams for doomers.
Pros: The endgame of American politics, decades of built up anger and gaslighting leads to the logical conclusion of everyone duking it out. the existence of a white hat group will be undeniable to every conservative and doomer at this point because the brazenness of the bad guys have forced them to act, also ITS HABBENING
Cons: Possibility to lead into all out civil war, bad optics, international MSM will have a field day with muh coup narrative, patriots will get the noose if they don't come out victorious by the end, history books will declare us traitors if we don't win. (And yes, I know the 4chan ebin cibil war screencap that everyone jerks off to. I'm not underestimating the bad guys.)
Scenario 4: AKA, the bad guys give up. White hats somehow trap the MSM into admitting everything themselves. Big tech taken down, no need for EBS. Every Qoomer's dream come true. Justice gets served. No violence. History books cannot call Trump a dictator.
Pros: We sit back and laugh at retards who shilled for Biden, complete narrative victory, doomers BTFO, awakening will be used as a stepping stone to expose every secret that's kept from humanity, we colonise Mars, we establish the Galactic Imperium, we purge the Xenos. The thing about the "scare event" is that it can be interpreted to mean anything that is a victory for the cabal. How many times have we talked about how <insert major loss> was actually a "totally secret good guy plan all along that was meant to scare people"? People said election night was a scare event. People said the inauguration was a scare event. How many of those do we have to go through? Seems to me this is just the excuse people bring up to explain the lack of any proper wins. And I'm not talking about "so and so admitted in a speech that the vaccine is bad". That's not a win. That's just a "gotcha, you're a hypocrite all along, haha!" moment. There was no consequences for that.
It would be a massive slap in the face to the integrity of Q who has preached a plan with no mistakes, only for Trump, as you suggested, to make one. It does not make logical sense. The fact that we have seen no justice yet is troubling because it implies that the crimes we know are not bad enough to warrant it. How bad does it have to get? That's the question I keep asking myself. How bad does it have to get until the narrative table flips?
