I'm seeing a common thread equating our situation with Cuba. The difference is in Cuba the government is silencing social media sites, in the US the social media sites themselves are silencing users of a certain ideology.

You're right. Just look at the tweet. AP is saying that the blocking of social media sites IS censorship, NOT that social media stifling grassroots user content is censorship. They cleverly worded this. I'm guessing it's to prepare for the day when social media in US gets taken down for aiding and abetting election fraud. Basically they are saying "blocking our tools for shaping public opinion is censorship". Though, in this case I can't see the incentive to block social media because the US lefties there are all supportive of their communist regime there anyway.
Waiting for all the other outlets to start accidently telling the truth, since it is all coming out sooner than later you would think we would start seeing more truth as they try to start leaning right
