I have the sense that almost anyone who can be woken up, already has been. Anyone still in their camp has very little chance of ever being saved at this point. They won't be lectured, and they can't really think in the traditional sense of the word- so you can't elicit realizations or plant seeds with them. I don't know how many of them are salvageable, but I imagine it's only a couple percent of them, give or take.
These people need to be avoided, ignored, or given the bare minimum requirement of semi-polite but distant tolerance if you can't do either- and dealt with harshly if they make that impossible.
