I’m saying the EEOC laws and the ADA are laws. Yes. You’re willfully ignorant.

From the EEOC’s website. Stop spreading lies. Instead, maybe help people figure out how to fight back instead of giving them information that way get them fired.

K.4. Is information about an employee’s COVID-19 vaccination confidential medical information under the ADA? (Updated 10/13/21) Yes. The ADA requires an employer to maintain the confidentiality of employee medical information. Although the EEO laws do not prevent employers from requiring employees to provide documentation or other confirmation of vaccination, this information, like all medical information, must be kept confidential and stored separately from the employee’s personnel files under the ADA.

I didn’t say I agreed or liked it. I said it wasn’t against the law to ask for your vaccination status and fire you if you don’t comply. It’s not against the law as it stands now. Sorry you don’t like that. Now fuck off idiot.

People like you are the reason it’s hard for normies to believe we’re telling the truth. You just spread bullshit and they refuse to listen. At least I’m trying to get out the right information to wake people up. Idiot.

You’re wrong and I won’t argue with you anymore if you prefer to remain willfully ignorant and spread lies. Read up on the EEOC. https://www.eeoc.gov/newsroom/eeoc-issues-updated-covid-19-technical-assistance

Oh, I totally agree. There are some companies that are so scared of retaliation (lawsuit) that they continue to let POS employees continue working instead of booting them like they should. It’s absolutely annoying.

How about you calm your hostility. Yes, an employer can “compel” you by saying do it or your fired. If they make it a condition of employment then they can can fire you for non-disclosure. I didn’t say I like it or agree with it. A drug test is part of your medical record and they can force you to disclose the results. Sorry you’d rather live with misinformation.

Unfortunately it’s not even discrimination unless it’s against a protected class. Again, not saying I agree (I refused to comply with vaxx requirements at my job), just saying that’s legally how it is.

This isn’t correct. Let’s not throw out misinformation, that’s what the deep state fuckers do. If the state is at-will then they can fire OP because they don’t like their shirt color. Unfortunately we (employees) don’t have the protections we should. By not disclosing, OP isn’t meeting the conditions of their employment. The business is the protected one.

I’m not saying it’s right, I’m simply saying it’s not a violation of HIPAA. No, you don’t have to give it but asking or, as you state, trying to compel, isn’t a violation of HIPAA.

It doesn’t though. It doesn’t apply to employers, only hospitals, doctors, nurses, etc. Not saying I don’t wish it did, it just doesn’t.

This is great if he keeps it up. Unfortunately most hospitals are private so there’s not much D can do about it other than turn a blind eye to a hospital that doesn’t follow the mandate. I doubt any will rebel though. Not with federal health money, I.e. Medicare on the line.

Was waiting for SCOTUS to put out their decision before answering. Looks like we may not have to worry!! I’m not in healthcare, phew. But keep fighting the fight and good luck!

You’re right, HIPAA won’t help unfortunately.

Unfortunately HIPAA won’t help because it doesn’t protect you from giving your information.

It’s not as it seems. See the link I posted below.

The problem with posting stuff like this is that the full information of the situation isn’t given. We have to do better because my family doesn’t believe the things I say as it is. The MAWS has it on their website that “ travel wishes and wishes involving large gatherings, including theme parks, are currently paused.” This kid wants to go to Disney. They’re not doing theme parks right now.
