It will hurt many farmers. I myself am a small very farmer, 350 acres. I have a day job, as I own an ag retail business thatvsells directly to farmers. Many of the average size farmers are 1,000-3,000 acres. We will all suffer again. I wouldn't vote forb democrat and many farmers are republican, but there are quite a few democrats that are farmers. Most are old school who don't know their party is evil. There are many large scale corporate farms around that have also made it hard for the smaller farmers as they pay high land rent. Since they farm so many acres they are willing to make a small amount an acre, where as an average size farmer can't afford it and loses ground to the big guys.

I live near Watertown! I love SD, but the winters here really do suck! Used to go to San Diego a lot as a child. My great uncle had a boat at mission bay we would stay in. Beautiful area!

There is nothing bad or wrong with ethanol from corn in gasoline. It replaces benzine which is horrible for us and the planet. It actually makes the exhaust out of vehicles cleaner. Plus the byproduct, distillers grain, is way more digestable for cattle so they get more energy than if they were to eat raw corn. So, it is a win, win. Plus myself and other farmers have more locations to sell the corn to in country, versus exporting it. Henry Ford's original model T was developed to run on ethanol, but his investor had a byproduct called gasoline that he needed an outlet for, so that's why we need gas instead. Ethanol is more efficient in high compression engines, hence the reduced mpg in modern engines with e85. E15, causes little to no reduction versus premium or unleaded. I ran e30 in an infinity with no problems. Using ethanol, supports farmers. We would appreciate your support!!

I farm in South Dakota and have just been dabbling in regenerative agriculture the past couple of years. It really is amazing what I have seen change on my farm already. Reduced herbicides to very minimal, looking now to reduce commercial fertilizer and insecticides. Improving soil health and changing my mindset had been quite easy so far, just scary to make major changes. I sure hope they can help the small to mid size farmers like myself and slow down the big mega farmers!

I noticed something similar in Phoenix area a day or two ago. Clouds formed to cover much of the sky from contrails

Cows in a feed lot are being fattened for slaughter. Not ideal conditions there. Bred cows live on pasture, the way they were meant to live. Don't get me wrong though, grain fed steers from a feed lot have way more fat and flavor than grass fed. Not all feed lots are created equal. Smaller ranchers and family ranches care about their animals and provide bedding for them.

Agricultural pede here. If anyone tells you cows are bad for the planet, you tell them that animals pooping on the soil are a necessary part of the life cycle of the prairie. There are bacteria and microbes in the rumen of cattle that interact with the microbes in the soil. They are no different than the buffalo, deer, antelope and other ungulates that live and feed on the prairie. Make sure to tell them they arw uneducated!!!

I voted against all 3 republicans to go to Washington last election. Thune gets too much money to get primaried here and assume the same for the other two as they walk hand in hand with Thune. Charlie Kirk mentioned coming to SD to help Primary him in 2 years. I would run if need be. I know a lot of people in SD, thanks to being in the Ag industry

I don't think I know any of you personally, but I am so grateful for this place, you all, your friendship and this community of people. 4 years ago I found out about Q through a friend, who disappeared from facebook. I have no clue where she is now, but thank her for her nudge to investigate. My life is so much more peaceful because of GAW. I am still unsure of much, but I have faith that everything will be ok, thanks to you all! We still have a lot to accomplish since our country has been pillaged for so long, so I feel this site will still be awesome for many years!!! I love you all and thank you for your support!!

All bullets spiral due to the rifling inside a barrel. Bullets do not tumble unless they impact something and mushroom. Then it may tumble.

Yes, I agree with you there after thinking about it. She should not have talked about it in her book. I am less than impressed with her second term. She was great for us in South Dakota her first term. Turns out her advisors told her to not shut down our state.
