Space-based lasers and particle beams, yes, not approved for credibility. But sonic weapons and microwaves are known for many years to be harmful. Some crowd-scale infrasonic devices have been made to cause a crowd to void their bowels. Tends to put a damper on demonstrations. And radars have been known to be dangerous animal life. (Old story of Russian radar techs discovering dead dogs at the far end of a runway, where they were pointing figher radars for testing.) These weapons probably have practical limitations on effective range. And there are some problems with limiting the effects to the intended targets, and not the operators. (Just wanted to shock you all for being on the DEW side in this case.)

Lead paint was poisonous to small children who would blamelessly and ignorantly chew on it. (Arsenic used to be in paint pigments. You wouldn't want that to be in your wall paint or on your child's wooden rocking horse.) You can still purchase aluminum siding.

I saw the wierdest thing this morning. At aproximately 6:05 am central in Watertown, SD, on the north side of town right before I pulled into the wellness center, a straight line of light came from the sky straight down to the ground. It reminded me of lightning, even in color. Mainly white with a hint of blue. At first I thought it was lightning, but the skies were completely clear. Never seen anything like it before. Iy was just an instant flash then gone completely!!
Any comments on the potential source?

You've got a lot of things to be afraid of in this world. Directed energy weapons aren't it.
The basic math this dufus hasn't done is examine what the antenna would have to look like to make this weapon work. Once you do, you realize, this is not practical anywhere outside of an actual battlefield. Even then, it would be one of the first targets, and would likely not survive in tact enough to remain functional.
This is garbage reporting.

I don't think anything caused it. We only have reports to go on. Other people in proximity who should have also been affected weren't. I think it's made up.
Here's the problem with "energy weapons." They're not kinetic. So you can literally just reflect them with either shaped material or special paints. The power falls of with the square of distance. They get exponentially weaker due to spreading the further away you get and they experience linear spreading of effects reducing your ability to target them accurately. They require absurd input voltages, which means direct grid tie, or a massive whacking transformer which gets hot under load.
They're just not practical as targeted weapons. The most you can get out of them is area denial in asymmetric conditions. If the opposing force can target the generator they will immediately. Same reason anti air missile sites are separate from their radars or don't turn the radars on until just before firing.
There are so many better ways to target an individual and with better effect than "occasionally gets headaches and hears ringing in their ears."
Microwave weapon attacks can also include MKUltra lower power types. Take a look at fightingmonarch.com and gangstalkingmindcontrolcults.com. The former has a link to over 60 patents.
Also look up "Sanchez Direct Neural Interface" video, along with nanotechnology patents by Dr. Charles Lieber from Harvard (he's been arrested). Or any large university--they're all doing "neural interfacing" (the new, fun way to say "brainwashing"). Hope these help.
