No one in my immediately family from my mother's or father's side that has died of "covid".
I do know of 2 family members that did receive injury from the experimental inoculations and both are now going to refuse any future boosters.
There was also another family member with cancer coming back and killing him, but there is no way to prove it was due to the jab.
Diet, exercise, sleep and talking to other people. Joining clubs where you meet weekly also helps with a hobby you enjoy.
Social anxiety or any other anxiety is difficult because it isn't just one factor that can trigger this but many things happening in ones life.
Depression is harder to fight against because it can cascade into a negative emotional feedback loop.
The best way forward is to write down goals you want to accomplish for the day. For some people they don't need to write it down while for others it helps a lot.
Anti depressants should only, only be prescribed for those with severe cases. And even then as someone else has pointed out they DO alter brain chemistry.
When I was young I remember a family where one of their sons had a severe case. Anti depressants were ONLY prescribed to patients that had a severely imbalanced brain chemistry back then.
I don't have a certainty of the experimental inoculations long term because a lot can happen to change the outcomes. Improper storage, improper injections, different blood types/genetic ethnicities more resistant to the spike proteins, etc.
What I do have a strong feel for is that life expectancy may drop from these clot shots long term. Especially if people keep taking the boosters because anytime you lower your immune systems capability you are opening yourself up for other ailments to come into the picture.
So while many may overcome the blood clotting and spike proteins inflammation it is the lowering of the immune system that is hard to overcome.
Then there is the issue of foreign metallic objects and artificial nano particles that are injected into the body. Which we have no clue what it will do to the body long term. But my instincts tell me that this is not good.
A lot of supermarket chains in Florida obtain their foods sources from Florida farmers too as well as the southeast US and other States in America.
Becoming more independent and self reliant is the key moving forward.
Your best course of action then is to simply state that you need their help. That might kick them into gear to be proactive. If not then you did your best.
