Laughing cos horses cost more than a car to run with the price of feed. I know have enough of them. That said I have a harness broken one and cart if I need to resort to that .

Think it's a good idea. Got my seeds. Just waiting for the weather to cool off and get some rain as my tanks are near empty. Tanker is dropping a load of water tomorrow. I've got chooks as well so always have fresh eggs and Im on my own power supply so I'm probably more self sufficient than a lot of people. I share though, always give my excess eggs away to those in need in town.

No help either from Authorities. It's the people that are going in with boats, jet skis and hiring private helicopters to go rescue people that are trapped on rooftops.

Bad storms on the East coast apparently. Parts of Queensland are flooded. Fine and sunny where I am but I've got bushfires in towns to the north east and south of me that I'm keeping an eye on.

I agree and I think it’s she'll be right mate attitude and as long as it’s not affecting me it’s all good. Shame they can’t see further than the end of their noses. I’m in WA and it’s astounding the number or compliant sheeples.

I'm in the West so makes it hard to attend being 4000km away plus I'm looking after an old gentleman that can't get around too well but I try to do my bit supporting in other ways. I appreciate the people that have made the trip 🙂

Really they're stealing the people's money, the truckers and the ones that donated to the cause in good faith. Shameful act to do that to them.

The WA people left 4 days ago and shouldn't be far away from arriving. The ones still in Perth stopped traffic on the freeway this morning during peak hour.

Another thing that can help with clearing your chest and nasal passage is a few drops of eucalyptus oil in a bowl of steaming water and covering your head with a towel and breathing it in. I use it for colds here in Aus. Hope you feel better soon.
