It is also possible that advertising of non-approved products in not allowed. Plus, why would you need to advertise if governments are forcing your product on everybody?

Edit: I forgot the biggest reason it doesn't surprise me that I don't see these ads on TV -- I don't watch TV.

Who doesn't have contempt for Congress? Isn't their approval rating way below 50%? I would think they would need to prove there is reason they deserve respect before they can prosecute. I don't believe they have evidence to back that up.

Nothing says "Biden White House" like being a complete failure...

Maybe the 2019 in brackets means 2,019 people get swept up?

Prosecutor is thinking "I coached him on everything." I thought that was too obvious to even mention.

The worthless polluter was risking his life doing that around all the climate crazies. Where is AOC with a cork like she is shown in one of my favorite cartoons chasing a cow?

Seems odd that the video wouldn't play for me, but I was able to download it and watch it from my local drive.

Section 230 protection means the site is not (as) responsible for unlawful content. Once a site starts editing things it is responsible.

I haven't seen any content that is unlawful here so the mods must be keeping it under control.

Since twitter has decided they want to be editors, they are responsible for all the illegal stuff that appears there (they surrendered any S230 protection).

Perhaps they should go after Fauci. He has been "willfully failing to develop and implement measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus" for almost 2 years now.

Also, as they never specify any specific coronavirus, when did an employer become responsible for the spread of the common cold and seasonal influenza? Isn't the rule "stay home if you are sick"? It has been the responsibility of the sick person for as long as I can remember..

Lastly, no -- the amount of the fine doesn't mean anything to me.

"The republican fear their voters, the democrats..." aren't afraid of ghosts so their voters don't scare them.

Would like to see them change that little sentence at the end to "Thanks for reading The Times. Please do not read so closely next time (if we are still in business)."

My thoughts on this a while back are below. I was thinking that the military would take control and restore Trump to president at the point in '23 when he could still have another term to fix everything the idiots destroyed.

I DO NOT WANT TRUMP REINSTATED AS PRESIDENT by Zadok MyDaughtersDaddy 2 points 3 months ago +2 / -0

I think he can have a total of 10 years as president. So they might be aiming to put him back Jan '23. If a Vice President has to take over for the President with less than two years remaining in the term, they can have two more terms. If more than two years remain, they would only be allowed one additional term. My interpretation of the 22nd Amendment,

Second Presidential Term: 2021 - 2025 by Hillary_is_Satan MyDaughtersDaddy 8 points 3 months ago +8 / -0

I'd like to see military take control until Jan '22 and put Trump in as rightful president until the '24 election where he can win bigly once again. 22nd Amendment should allow Trump to do this. Just need the military to do the right thing soon.

Like the scene in The Matrix where Neo's mouth disappears when being interviewed by one of the Smiths, but would have to cover the nose as well.

Through decent tax planning I don't normally pay anything (retired and living on my (already taxed) savings -- so not much to tax).

I did send my tax form using regular post from the Philippines so I expect the IRS will receive my most recent 1040 sometime in 2023. I may be giving Phil Post more credit than they deserve. ;) The SSA supposedly mailed my daughter's SS card using the same method a couple of years ago and I still haven't seen it and if they don't care if we get that card, I can't see any reason for me to use alternative means to get them their form.
