This is not accurate. Art. 1, Sec. 2, Clause 3) is not limited to a headcount of the population and "does not prohibit the gathering of other statistics, if 'necessary and proper,' for the intelligent exercise of other powers enumerated in the constitution, and in such case there could be no objection to acquiring this information through the same machinery by which the population is enumerated." A matching Forensic wrinkle mapping would rule out a mask. Also you can either have a mask be realistic, or flexible. Not both. Even the best silicone masks look fake, even worse when you are trying to look like a specific person. No mask will look natural when you are making facial expressions.

That would do it, sure. But that's not really acceptable, the Forensic FWM is

I would assume he is the same guy. I would need to spend about 2 hours with forensic facial wrinkle mapping analysis to be certain.

! Great question and you are right on the money! History books are biased and leave out the a lot of the "gray"

  • you need to find source documents, understand that all of them could be propaganda for either side. Just understand , as hard as it is to know the truth today, it's even harder for the past.

Here are few things I saw,

  • twist punches are created for gloved boxing to cut an opponent, so it's strange they are doing twist punches.
  • the fact that they are hitting so weak is because they have tensed their arms up, which means they are trying to flex while punching and these two things a contradictory to eachother.
  • it was actually good they hit weak, he was hitting the top of the head and the eye, if you hit at full force its easy to break your hand. Only use full force near the jawline.
  • I'm going to just ignore the guard and balance of this. The fact that the guy exposed his entire back to him with his hands up, he is lucky he isn't unconscious.

Trackers don't allow you to hack an account. both the public and private key needs to be in your possession.. I agree that people should remove trackers but don't fear monger.
