As an agnostic I applaud your questioning, but I would think that most Christians are not going to allow that the bible has been altered by man to be intentionally misleading.

As a more general idea, I'd say that the idea of 'question everything' is getting out of hand ...

Are we reading the same Newsweek article? I guess we read into words what our minds want to see. From the newsweek article: "The White House has said there was nothing unusual about the building's lights going out on Sunday evening as the 11 p.m. curfew imposed on residents in Washington, D.C. fell amid protests over the death of George Floyd."

"As the 11 p.m. curfew arrived, the exterior lights outside the north side of the White House were turned off, with The Guardian reporting that "in normal times, they are only ever turned off when a president dies.""

"The White House, however, has insisted that there was "nothing new" about the lights-out incident.

"This is nothing new," White House spokesperson Hogan Gidley told Newsweek on Monday. "The White House lights go out at about 11 p.m. almost every night," he said."

People now are so desperate for 'a sign', they are seeing faces in clouds and Virgin Marys in puddles. I have a 'thing' about insects; I often see dark specks on my white carpet, and stare at it for a while, imagining that it's moving. Then I realize, it's just a bit of fluff from my sweater.

Well good luck to you! I'm already retired and need to survive 30-40 years on my savings, so I have to be careful with my money! I did buy shares of Gilead (maker of Remdesevir) when it first got emergency use authorization in April, and it promptly dropped from 85 to about 65 today ...

Best one I saw was a Travelocity site comment post that was simply some woman describing her experience at the WH one night back in 2018. Travelocity is a hotel/destination review site, not political at all. She made the comment about how relaxing and peaceful it became after 11:00pm when the lights went out. This, to me, is better than any 'proof' site. Sadly, I can't easily find it. It was linked here on GAW as a debunk, but ... as you know ... there are literally hundreds of such posts!

exceeding the 10 days due to the weekend

Then you'd have to allow for last weekend too! :) I guess it should have been '10 WORKING days of darkness'

The "Q's Gambit" (for those not willing to watch anything in Netflix, a reference to "The Queen's Gambit", a wonderful story about chess).

Underground tunnels built by whom? The military?

The fake WH narrative is going to develop into a huge embarrassment. People are still commenting about the lights going out at 11pm, even though its now proven that the lights were going out at 11pm back in 2018 (at least).

I'm not buying it that Reddit users don't care if they lose money. I believe they jumped on board this 'train' to make a quick buck, and when the stock starts falling, there will be tears. I've played in the markets myself, and it feels great when the prices go up ... not so great when bubbles burst ...

I click the link, and get a telegram page for Rudi, but I don't have a telegram account. It does have a button 'view in telegram' but clicking it does nothing ...

It's on again tomorrow (Sun) and several other times. Just caught it in the middle, so set to record tomorrow's airing. I'm sure it will be available on YT shortly.

Genuine question - everyone speaks out strongly against CCP, but China makes so much of the stuff we buy every day. Everything from Apple iPhones, iPads, etc to tools at Home Depot to furniture at Ikea. I'm always blown away by just how much 'stuff' has 'Made in China' on it! Now, the hard part may be, finding an alternative, since SO MUCH is made there. I just bought some dental floss ; Made in China. Some earplugs; MIC. It's quite mind-boggling ...

There's an interesting phenomenon going on here. People are now paying attention to things that for decades / lifetimes they have ignored / taken for granted. Add to this a great big dose of wishful thinking. So they are 'seeing' things that have always been there, but they are seeing them for the first time!

I have a bit of a phobia about insects. Whenever I see a 'black dot' on my white carpet, my brain jumps to 'insect'. So I stare at it for many seconds, and my brain 'sees' movement ... but it's not really movement at all! I reach down and pick it up and it's lint from my clothes ...

So much depends on the internet now, this would be interesting to see. I have thermostats, cameras, motion sensors, etc all requiring a live internet connection. I have all my files 'in the cloud'. I pay my bills online. Now, I'm an IT guy so I have backups / alternatives, but there's a whole pile of people who don't. An internet outage would be immensely unpopular and would turn people against whoever implemented it. I'm not a FB or Twatter use but many still are, and they too would flip out if you took their drug away from them.
