Plant based is not for everyone. I did it faithfully for two months to get my cholesterol down and I ended up with a lot of health problems—weight gain, mood issues, foggy brain, memory problems, severe stomach cramps, and when I started getting depression, I stopped and told the health coach I am not going to do that anymore. Now I eat lean beef, fish, lots of veggies and fruit, eggs, cheese. I feel so much better. Turns out, you need cholesterol—even the so-called “bad” cholesterol! But you need to make sure you are dealing with your thyroid or you will have heart disease.
Yeah—avoid the PUFA’s—poly-unsaturated fats that are mostly in seed oils, like safflower, canola, etc. Use real butter, EVOO, coconut oil, ghee.

Well anyone who isolates like that (think: Bubble Boy), and uses too much sanitizer, the house is too clean, etc, is always sicker because our immune systems need to be around others with germs in order to work properly.
I can tell you that some of the big donors to this person absolutely despise Trump. So I am not at all surprised. But it would be absolutely a massive mistake because Trump has built such a massive coalition and brought in groups of voters who never voted R before. Once again, these guys completely underestimate Trump’s appeal and do not get him or their own base. All you have to do is look at their people who went up against Trump in any way—Paul Ryan, Jeb, even Pence. They are all big fat Nothingburgers now.
Was just talking to a GOP insider from our state. They blame the Dobbs decision for bringing out the Liberals. They said our party was not returning ballots—less than 60% in a state where we are down 10% to begin with, and they say that single women were not voting for R. They hate Trump.
I came away from that with the realization that our party leaders do not know what we know. And they won’t listen because they think they know more than we do about “what’s really going on”. There are very few that get this new base of voters. We are not going to put up with the old guard anymore.
