Too bad the Clintons weren't soldiers because they sure knew how to execute plans, destroy rivals, and intimidate so thoroughly that people across the land can't mention their name without mentioning how successful they are at vanquishing their enemies. A major theme here at GAW is the certainty that western civilization was all built on lies so huge and all encompassing as to render everything we've ever been taught a lie. Many people here look forward to this destruction of the West. Another group of folks here at GAW believe and look forward to apocalypse narratives, mostly in the biblical context, and that features completely destroyed cities and nations etc. I see it all the time here. A certainty that total collapse and destruction is what is needed and even desired. So although it's for different reasons, at least the goals of total destruction of the USA is a common goal for a LOT of people.

I didn't take that as a criticism of the lazy, but a gripe that it can take 4 jobs just to "get by". Working 4 jobs because that's what you have to do to get by is not something anyone should strive for or accept as normal. I think Bob would know that. I interpret the song differently.
