Seems like I've heard this before...weird.

19:48, Mon, Apr 12, 2021 | UPDATED: 20:09, Mon, Apr 12, 2021

"White House spokeswoman Jen Psaki said Mexico had now deployed 10,000 troops across its southern border to stem the soaring numbers of migrants from Central America crossing the country in an attempt to reach the US. Enforcement operations for rounding up immigrants heading for the US border were launched last month. The operations involve members of Mexico's National Guard militarised police force, along with soldiers, members of the navy and immigration officials."

UH,,, noise abatement ? Where'd you find that in the NTSB report for that accident? Sure was icy , cold that day. Probably should have used engine anti-ice systems to alleviate the noise abatement...

ATC did give enough warning to " pass behind the CRJ" - "see and avoid"

*Helo was looking at the incorrect aircraft- *

ATC did provide " explicit permission" as communications indicated. ATC comm to PAT25: "PAT25, do you have the CRJ in sight? PAT 25 pass behind the CRJ,"

How about this pilot's analysis: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hfgllf1L9_4&ab_channel=CaptainSteeeve

Yes, actually helicopters are so ugly , the earth repels them, that's how they fly..

Since this is all speculation at this point- Here's mine.

PSA5342 is approaching rwy 01 - controller ask if 5342 can make circle to land approach to rwy 33, they accept and continue approach.

PAT25 is transitioning via RTE1/RTE4 helicopter visual route along the river.

https://skyvector.com/

ATC comm to PAT25: "PAT25, do you have the CRJ in sight? PAT 25 pass behind the CRJ,"

PAT25 acknowledges aircraft insight - *This will be the issue *

PAT25 is looking south and "pure speculation here" is looking at AAL3130 as being PSA5342 -- which is on approach for rwy 01. as shown in the YT radar

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=couSXuo7ekU&ab_channel=Aviate68

PSA5342 is in a descending left turn for rwy 33 not able to see PAT25 which is below and to their right.

PAT25 continues south and impacts PSA5342 belly. no bueno!

PAT25 did acknowledge- they were on different frequency- UHF

VHF/UHF

No response is heard on the ATC audio feed. Fox News has learned that the helicopter did respond, but on a different frequency, a frequency for helicopters.

I liked it best when he explained -

"adjustments made again you could have slowed down the helicopter substantially you could have stopped the helicopter 14:06 you could have gone up you could have gone down you could have gone straight up straight down you could have turned you could have done a million different 14:13 Maneuvers for some reason it just kept going and then made 14:19 a slight turn at the very end and it was by that time it was too 14:25 late uh they shouldn't have been at the same height because if it wasn't the same height you 14:31 could have gone under it or over it and nobody realized or they didn't say that 14:36 it's at the same height at the same height would it would still wouldn't have been great but you would have missed it by quite a bit could have been 14:43 a th000 feet higher it could have been 200 feet lower but it was exactly at the same height and somebody should have 14:49 been able to point that out so all of this is going to be studied but it just seems to me from a couple of words that 14:57 I like to use the words common sense uh some really bad things 15:03 happened and some things happened that shouldn't have happened so you had a helicopter going 15:10 in identical Direction you had a helicopter that was at the exact same 15:15 height as somebody going in essentially the opposite direction you had a plane that was following a track which is a 15:22 track that every other plane followed and I I don't imagine I know I've heard today that they might have 15:28 been following the preceding plane which was pretty close but not that close uh the preceding plane but you wouldn't 15:34 have even been able to see that because of the direction that the helicopter was coming in at so you had a uh Confluence 15:41 of of bad decisions that were made and uh you have people that lost 15:49 their lives violently lost their lives"

SO, helicopters- they go UP , they go DOWN. They even go Straight UP and Straight DOWN.

I used to be such a big fan of Elon... especially when he bought Twitter.

Actually, I had never used this platform before. I signed in for the first time since creating an account only because I believed in his mission:

Free Speech. The public square of ideas, where all perspectives could be heard, discussed, and debated so that the best ideas could rise to the top.

When they released the first Twitter Files, and Elon promised to open-source the algorithm, I found that extremely brave and transparent.

But then, something changed…

Twitter was designed to be two things: a data collection center and a propaganda arm.

I realized that Elon’s goal wasn’t to change it… but rather to use it as it was originally designed—for his own purposes.

The algorithm, contrary to public belief, has never been open-sourced. It actually works the same way it was originally designed: grouping people based on association, assigning a social credit score, boosting ideas the platform wants promoted, and suppressing those it deems contrary.

And I’m weird like that… once I realize someone is lying about one thing, I lose trust in everything they do.

To me, honesty is binary. You are either an honest person, or you are not. There is no such thing as “sometimes lies.”

It’s amazing to see how many people are still here, fighting the good fight, fully aware that the system is rigged against them.

And it’s disheartening to see how many people still don’t understand what this place really is.

“At least Elon gave us free speech.”

He didn’t give you free speech… he took control of it.

Text messages obtained by the Committee show that Representative Gaetz would also ask women to bring drugs to their rendezvous, in some instances requesting marijuana cartridges and repaying the women directly, but in other cases requesting “a full compliment [sic] of party favors,” “vitamins,” or “rolls.”57 Representative Gaetz sent one woman several hundred dollars for marijuana cartridges.58 One woman stated that, with respect to a 2018 Bahamas trip, “[M]yself and [Representative Gaetz’s then-girlfriend] brought drugs with us, and I do know that Matt supplied [his then-girlfriend] with money.”59 Another woman said that she brought cocaine to at least one event with Representative Gaetz and that she witnessed him taking cocaine or ecstasy on at least five occasions.60 Mr. Greenberg told the Committee that he would typically provide drugs, such as ecstasy, for events he attended and Representative Gaetz would pay him back in cash. Several other women observed Representative Gaetz to be under the influence of drugs.61 Additionally, nearly every witness interviewed observed Representative Gaetz using marijuana.62

no mention of Matt's son Nestor Galban.. https://x.com/mattgaetz/status/1273644503656730631

The Biden/Garland DOJ spent years reviewing allegations that I committed various crimes.

I was charged with nothing: FULLY EXONERATED. Not even a campaign finance violation. And the people investigating me hated me.

Then, the very “witnesses” DOJ deemed not-credible were assembled by House Ethics to repeat their claims absent any cross-examination or challenge from me or my attorneys. I’ve had no chance to ever confront any accusers. I’ve never been charged. I’ve never been sued.

Instead, House Ethics will reportedly post a report online that I have no opportunity to debate or rebut as a former member of the body.

In my single days, I often sent funds to women I dated - even some I never dated but who asked. I dated several of these women for years. I NEVER had sexual contact with someone under 18. Any claim that I have would be destroyed in court - which is why no such claim was ever made in court.

My 30’s were an era of working very hard - and playing hard too.

It’s embarrassing, though not criminal, that I probably partied, womanized, drank and smoked more than I should have earlier in life. I live a different life now.

But at least I didn’t vote for CR’s that fuck over the country!

U.S. rice entering China under their tariff rate quota faces a 1 percent in-quota duty in addition to a 25 percent retaliatory duty. In most cases, importers in China may apply to waive the retaliatory duty.

Yes, sir way back in the 20's the 2020's that is ...

In 2023, about 15% of the United States food supply was imported, according to the Food and Drug Administration. Certain categories of foods are imported at high rates, including 55% of the fresh fruit, 32% of the fresh vegetables, and 94% of the seafood Americans eat, according to the FDA.
