Ice age = the presence of polar ice sheets on Earth, as opposed to the lack of them which is the natural state of the planet. We're currently in an interglacial period (meaning warmer temperatures overall, and retreating ice sheets) of an ice age known as the Quaternary glaciation.
What the Maunder Minimum may have caused is the "Little Ice Age" which was just a cooler part of the same interglacial period we're in now. It didn't cause the polar ice sheets to advance, which is the criteria for entering a glacial period again.
Hitler wasn't right wing at all, let alone "extreme right wing." He was a socialist who disagreed with the direction the movement was taking (internationalism) and set out to create a version in line with his own ideals. Hence "National Socialism." Mussolini's story is extremely similar.
