I also appreciate YOUR thoughtful response! Well stated, and all the best back at ya!

The comment section is going hard on the bald interviewer, saying that he was one of the Covid tyrants pushing bullshit. If true, Dr. Prassad has a massive set of steel balls and I like him even more.

On the topic of firearms, my understanding is that posting pics of personally owned weapons is a good way to get unwanted attention. Not only for the site as a whole, but also for the individual posting the pics. I'm not making a judgement call one way or the other, but I personally believe that the mods are doing a great job of maintaining the site in everyone's best interests.

If our view of Q and Trump is correct, it's quite remarkable that this website has withstood the test of time. While I certainly don't agreenwith everything that the mods do or say (as individuals pr a collective), I certainly respect what has been accomplished here.

Again, this is not meant to attack you or defend any specific actions by the mods. Just my opinion on the 40,000 ft overview.

I'm not good at figuring out what everything means, but I like to think I can see patterns pretty well. Is it possible that this is an 11.3 reference?

Yeah, I was pleasantly surprised at how Vance was able to frame his replies in a way that would be palatable to normies.

Wow, first sticky... I feel honored!

Definitely looking forward to hearing anyone's thoughts about the Debate. I thought it was an excellent display of composure on the part of Vance. Walz came across as very... whiny? Seemed to be pleading with viewers to agree with him.

What caught your eye? What topics weren't covered that you had hoped would be?

Q post 4 talks about POTUS remaining silent during indictments, so maybe it's a reminder that Trump won't be saying anything about the Diddy stuff coming out?

I scroll past these posts every day, usually not giving a second thought (no offense to OP, of course, it says more about me and my state of mind). But today I paused... 1425 days. I may not have the same amount of enthusiasm that I began with, but I have at least the same level of resolve. Probably more.

It's an honor to hold this line with some of the best shitposters, researchers, and disinfo destroyers the world has ever known!

(And specifically, thank you penisse, for your unwavering determination and dedication to this movement.)

The term has been around for a while. Here's an article from 2012:

However, I first encountered it when Kid Rock mused on Taylor Swift's ambitions as related to her politics:

If I had the time (and if I were more familiar with the Q Clock), I'd see if anything lines up for "15 minutes" from today. Unfortunately, these mechanical ventilation and disease physiology exams aren't going to take themselves... and someone has to know how to take care of all the respiratory issues that the vaxxers have inflicted upon themselves.

There is a large working class Brazilian population on Martha's Vineyard (the offender in this article is Brazilian). They are often seasonal workers, coming to the island between Memorial Day and Labor Day ("Peak Season") to work in the service industry and trades. This particular Brazilian was first arrested in June of 2023, released after serving 90 days of a one year sentence, and then rearrested for the current charges (rape and enticement of a minor under 16). So, a few thoughts:

The year-round population of MV is between 15k and 20k. These are mostly working class people with a sprinkling of local retirees. MV winter is shit. Cold, wet, dreary. Anyone with "fuck you" money is only there for the summer. Any given day during Peak Season, the island population could be as much as 120k (many day-trippers come over from the mainland).

It sounds like this guy may have gotten into a... situationship... with a local girl, hence the enticement charges. He coild have been staying with some year-round friends or family, wasting time until the summer season came around and work was available again.

All this is to say that while this is certainly a failure of our immigration system, I don't think it has much to do with the current influx of invaders. Yeah, the guy is a douche, yeah, throw his ass out of the country... but this problem has existed for decades on MV, and to fix it they will have to decide as a community that they don't want to import cheap labor during the summer months and pay workers under the table.

Source - I'm a former MV resident (mid-late 2000's), with current family ties to the island.

If I have too much Nicotine in a short period of time (I have the 2mg and 4mg lozenges), I will get hiccups. Very odd. If you were taking a higher dosage, you could try the lower dosage.

The point of my comment was to highlight the fact that the article presents information that contradicts the picture. According to the picture, the child was decapitated. Decapitation is removing the head from the body. If that were the case, the questions posed by the commenter would be reasonable. If I saw my child beheaded, I would absolutely chase down the killer. But the child wasn't decapitated.

The victim wasn't killed in front of the parents as the picture suggests, the victim was attacked in front of the larents. Perhaps they were tending to the injured child? That seems like a reasonable thing to assume. That's certainly what I would do.

"Skana grabbed Jones, cut her throat with a craft knife and ran off before a member of the public stopped her."

"The schoolgirl was rushed to hospital but later pronounced dead."

"The court previously heard she told a nurse: 'It was premeditated, I waited in a park and picked my victim, I did what I did then tried to run away.' "

This information is sufficient to answer the questions posed.

My pleasure! I've learned so much from others on this forum, feels good to be able to give back. My recommendation for getting nighttime supplemental oxygen is: tell your primary doctor that you aren't getting restful sleep and ask if you can have a Nocturnal Oximetry test done. You'll wear a little finger clip all night while using your CPAPn and if you drop below 88% oxygen blood saturation for a combined 5 min, you'll qualify. Hope it helps!

(Source - I also worked for a home oxygen company before starting RT school).

Respiratory Therapy student here, I'm excited to answer your question! The basic answer is because people are dumb, and will hurt themselves if not sufficiently supervised.

The hazards and risks associated with oxygen therapy (listed in ROAD acronym order) are:

  • Retinopathy of Prematurity - overexposure to oxygen in premature infants can cause blood vessels in the eyes to become enlarged, affecting vision

  • Oxygen Toxicity - humans are finely tuned to our sea-level atmosphere, excess oxygen in the blood stream can lead to oxidative damage to cell membranes, ocular damage (see above, also retinal separation in adults), and seizures

  • Absorption Atelectasis - increased oxygen will cause a decrease in nitrogen content in the lungs. Nitrogen makes up most of the content of "air", and without the proper "pressure" of Nitrogen within the lungs, the alveoli (lung sacs) will collapse

  • Depression of Ventilation - this one is the craziest. For obstructive lung disorders (emphysema, COPD), the brain doesn't respond to elevated levels of CO2 in the blood as a trigger for breathing. Only a decrease in arterial oxygen will stimulate the respiratory drive. By over supplying oxygen to these patients, they can actually "suffocate" because their body doesn't recognize the need to breathe.

So, these are some of the reasons that oxygen is a controlled substance. Also it's highly flammable, and unfortunately most people aren't smart enough or diligent enough to keep themselves safe without some protections in place.

Thanks for reading!

I will mock Kamala for many, MANY things... but addiction is not one of them. If she does have a drinking problem, I hope she gets the help she needs. But maybe not while sitting in the Oval Office. =)
