It should be discussed more. Humans modify the weather all the time. In the case of the early 1970s we modified the weather as an act of war in southeast Asia.

I watched the hurricane in detail as it was forming in the gulf until after landfall, on available satellite data here:

And have been watching storms form and move into the U.S. since before Katrina. I'm not sure where they got that graphic but it looks like a bad Photoshop job to me. Not saying that "they" can't do weather modification, but using publicly available data I never saw the above low-alias/low-res animation on NOAA data.

But In2ThinAir DOES claim that Helene was artificially modified by "beams" originating from Georgia and Florida, just not with these spirals.
That I could see happening. Strengthening the storm using cloud seeing or lasers or other technology that has been hidden from us.

Scientists began researching cloud seeding in the mid 1940s. When a severe drought hit Texas if the 50s, cloud seeding was used to promote rain. It's been used for years around ski resort areas. Now, think how far the gov't has likely taken weather manipulation over the past 80 yrs.
Alex Jones thinks so. He thinks he has proof that the weather is manipulated. I know others who believe so.
