Finally, read, learn, and become an entrepreneur... Leader mentalities can never succeed being followers when they don't respect those they follow. Start a small business, learn a trade.
Something simple like mowing lawns, or buying a beat up truck and starting a pickup/hauling service etc. Can free you from the social paradigm.
Sounds like you're clinging to the sucky parts of everyday life when there are so many good, parts of life, good people, and good times to be had.. you have to go get em' though and a lot of it has to do with location.

Imo only... buying silver to make money isn't the reason everyone should buy silver. Physical silver "not slv" is real money and I think everyone should have a little put back to keep from completely being ass raped by inflation. The economic collapse/ dollar crash etc. Is gonna be brutal. A couple months of food, water, medical, and hygiene. Are a great investment, and a little silver to top it off may just help get your family back on their feet during the recovery faze..
I buy silver here and there as i can locally because it's real and our money is fake.

Nearly every town/city i have ever been to has coin shops or gold /silver shops. I'm in nowhere Tn and have atleast 6 I know of in driving distance. I like to buy silver eagles 1oz every so often at 25 to 28 bucks each but my favorite is pre63 dimes and quaters, figure if shit ever gets bad, a dime or a quater in silver will be easy to spend.
