May He arise(be revealed) in the carnal church.

Revelation 22:17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:

19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

20 He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

21 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

So, can I suggest you try to spot the example of "second coming" in the Bible. It's right there, in front of us. What we need to understand is how and why second coming works. How the spirit interacts with the flesh, and why the flesh is necessary for the spirit to grow. If you cannot spot the example, then let me know, and we'll continue the conversation.

I'm not interested in a future administration. The present administration is where Ephesians 2:1-9 salvation is. The church in Christ is saved, but the carnal church has not been taught the reign of Jesus Christ. The carnal church is defeated by carnality. Carnality is manifest in sectarian doctrine rule of the defeated church. Paul is interested in a church that learns to reign in Christ. The whole creation will be delivered from the bondage of corruption only when the manifest sons of God rise up in the Spirit and teach the reign of Jesus Christ. See (Romans 8:21 "Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. 22 For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. 23 And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body. 24 For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for")

Romans 8:19 For the earnest expectation of the creation waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.

The whole creation is waiting on Christians that follow the Spirit of God, and are not dragged off into carnality by the doctrines of the carnal church.

Romans 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

The mature Christian in Christ follows the Spirit of God in Christ only. The carnal church stands on carnal sectarian doctrine. The spiritual church stands on what the Holy Spirit teaches. <--see (1 Corinthians 2:12 "Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. 13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. 14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. 15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. 16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? but we have the mind of Christ")

Not because God is not perfect, but because his instruments are imperfect, and have been imperfect from the day Jesus departed the earth. Jesus has only been able to teach us via imperfect people who imperfectly understand.

Friend, I believe in the perfect. The Holy Spirit that you recieved in Christ is perfect. The perfect is in you in Christ. Teaching each individual soul to see the perfect is the job of the ministers of Christ in edifying the body of Christ.

Ephesians 4:11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; 12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: 13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: 14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; 15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: 16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love. <---all one big sentence about edifying the body of Christ.

Jesus himself emphasized this point: "I have many things to say to you, but you are not able to bear them now." (john 16:12) and "I have spoken to you of earthly things and you do not believe; how then will you believe if I speak of heavenly things?" (John 3:12)

Jesus Christ did promise to come to the church in the Spirit of truth, which is the Holy Spirit, that each individual soul recieves as a moderator, teacher, and presence of God in Christ.

It is interesting that before Jesus was taken up, he ministered for 40 days speaking of the kingdom of heaven<--Acts 1:3ish A physical kingdom is not promised. The carnal church still wants a carnal reign. The kingdom in Christ is not carnal, it is spiritual. I picked on you because I liked you honestly in your comment. My interest is to Ephesians 4 edify the body of Christ. The testimony of Jesus is the Spirit of prophecy<--Revelation 19:10

The book of Revelation is a living prophecy of the victorious church that reigns in and with Jesus Christ.

Read the book of John.

The Jews are not mentioned favorably in the book.

When Jesus said the world hates me, he was talking about the religion of the Jews.

Our zionist religionists are no better.

That follows the logic of subsituation.

I agree the doctrine is flawed. Jesus Christ brings a kingdom to mankind, a faith to overcome the present evil in the world.

I believe in God 100% but it's hard not to see Jesus as a Santa Claus figure for me personally

Jesus Christ is not portrayed well by the carnal church. The church in Christ is a spiritual active body that follows Jesus Christ as king.

At the end of the day, however, I resonate with Maude's comment: It's not about religion, its about relationship. And the core of that relationship is heart. The Door of Faith is the doorway into the Realm of Heart where indeed, Christ is King.

Yes, very well put.

I was simply thinking put loud with you on your great post. ❤️ in Christ

This is like the cross. God wanted all of Israel, and then the world, to accept, embrace, unite with and obey Jesus. When they did not, He had no choice but to offer Jesus's flesh as a sacrifice.

God wanting something that God does not get is bad theology to me. God is not a man that must cut his losses. My conclusion is that God wanted Jesus Christ to suffer as manking, that is the original death, Jesus Christ came into a world dead in trespasses and sins. Jesus Christ knew what was in man. Man needed a saviour and example of obedience to God, and overcoming the prince of this world. The resurrection and ascension gave manking what mankind needed for salvation; Faith in the life and reign of Jesus Christ. Faith in the life and reign of Jesus Christ brings a kingdom to each individual soul, a full reconciliation to God in the new Creation in Christ. see 2 Corinthians 5:17-21

Jesus accomplished spiritual salvation for us, through the cross, and opened up the kingdom in the spirit. But the physical salvation was delayed until the second coming. Clearly, this was NOT the path Jesus preferred.

Unless the plan all along was to come as Holy Spirit to each individual soul. Your second coming in the flesh will be hard to prove in the Bible. I'd like to see your proof. I understand that our bodies are not yet made perfect, I don't see that as a part of faith in this administration. A future age we may see it, but our carnal minds can't really conceive it. Our spiritual mind in Christ can conceive a king, kingdom, and reign of Jesus Christ with his church right here and now in Christ.

we are saved to a realm in spirit with Satan is not longer master.

Yes, realm is the same word as kingdom. In the Spirit we are saved. Revelation 14:1 shows king, kingdom, and church reigning over Babylon. Also Revelation 15:2.

Ephesians 2:1-3 shows the kingdoms of the world. The Christian is no longer subject to the kingdoms of the world. The church in Christ is subject to the kingdom in Christ, reigning over sin and dead. The church is righteous in Christ.

If the Israelites had recognized and received Jesus, THIS would have atoned symbolically for the sin of Adam and Eve, who rejected God's word. Unity with Jesus was the necessary offering (obedience).

Some of Israel did believe. The Jewish religion rejected him and sought to kill him from the beginning of his ministry. Jesus brought the kingdom with Him, and sent the kingdom to all mankind by faith in His life and reign. There was not another option. The only way to have the kingdom on earth was with the king in heaven and his church ascended to him in the heavens through the Holy Spirit. The death was required so the life could be magnified. Faith in the life and reign of Jesus Christ brings the kingdom of God and Christ to all mankind.
