Even if Obama was born in Hawaii, the still can't qualify because of his non-Citizen Father.
The qualification of "natural born citizen" was chosen to ensure that neither birth on foreign soil or to a foreign parent could give the person foreign allegiance by birth.
The purpose is well documented.

No Treaty can give the Federal Government new power over the American People. Only an amendment to the Constitution can legally do so.
Treaties govern how the US interacts with foreign nations.
Amendments to the Constitution govern how the US interacts with its own people.
The Framers of the Constitution were not so stupid as to say that if The People would not grant a new Federal Power, then the President could make a deal with a foreign nation to get that new Federal Power.

I have not seen it yet so here's a speculation.
Democrats are painting Patriots as "enemies of 'their' nation". The Civil War movie will show audiences the stakes if American Patriots are allowed to rise up to try to take back the nation and restore the Constitution. Democrats want audiences to believe that anything, ANY action, is justified to put down a patriot uprising.
Dems are already talking about "re-education camps" for Republicans, as was portrayed after the communist takeover in "Red Dawn".
Dems were aware of a possible uprising over the rigged election that overthrew the US in 2020, remembering the Battle of Athens, Tennessee. They surrounded Capitol with troops to kill any Americans who might fight to restore democracy.
Now that they've overthrown the US Government and the Constitution is no longer in effect, Dems want audiences to believe their ever-stronger crackdowns on "dangerous" MAGA people, on Patriots, is justified. Here it comes.
