I agree! I sent mine to a Waldorf school because I knew I hated being indoors. They had a lot of common sense ways of teaching the children through physical activities that made it possible for them to learn. Aside from the basics, they learned wood working, growing food, cooking, knitting, house building, multiple languages…. It was a great experience but my son was definitely the rowdiest among them which is why he definitely couldn’t have been in public.
