On the books for more than a hundred years, but now its a problem based on a ruling by a group of compromised overrated lawyers in a black dress.
This upcoming Trump response should be pretty epic.
OP, post title a little bit clickbait... Makes it sound like SCOTUS lost us the game.
SCOTUS only put a temporary halt to things until the 5th circuit has had time for its review. Basically, they're letting the thing play out procedurally.
We await PDJT's epic response. 👀🍿
Thanks for the clarification; you're right, the headline is misleading. And even if the Alien Enemies Act is denied the Trump administration in the long run, I'm quite sure there are other mechanisms they can use, including the President's right to deport whatever non-citizens he wishes.
Some legal eagle might explain how this is any different from the ruling on Trump's islamonazi travel ban:
Don't the self-styled gods in black robes swear an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution and to obey the law? What if they don't? What if the liberal SCOTUS decided to rule that, say, that the driving of motorized transport posed too grave a risk to public safety and health, in fact it kills people every single day, and banned it? Would we have to obey that, just because it came down from On High? Answer is no.
Bet the Trump admin has a Plan for this.
As if any British noble funded and owned by the (tribe) will ever care.
As if any circuit court gives a flying fuck about the constitution or any law Trump can activate at any time for whatever reason. How many times have they stopped him cold from performing his duties as outlined in the constitution and laws passed by both houses of Congress? They never cared before, and they will never care for his remaining time in office. They would probably stop his having discretion on deployment of the military.
Well, as we all know here, "The military is the only way." I keep hoping to see that enacted soon... on a host of American problems and problem people.
He always has the Martial Law card to play. Once he plays that card, the congress will probably move to restrict that right to limit future uses of that.
And state law.
I love this group, everyone shares ideas and accepts comments well.
Did you NOTICE WHAT THE 5th COURT has precedence over? Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, and the Canal Zone
In 1981, the Fifth Circuit was split, with Alabama, Georgia, and Florida forming the Eleventh Circuit.
The remaining states of Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas, along with the Canal Zone, continued under the jurisdiction of the Fifth Circuit. The Canal Zone, however, lost its status as part of the Fifth Circuit in 1982 when it was transferred to Panamanian control.
Same 5th Court of U.S. Court of Appeals that was in charge of PANAMA CANAL that was given AWAY by 1 President Carter and the court is fine with that, The COURT didn't stand up and say, "Hey you can't do that!!!" I don't think they see the COMBO PUNCH COMING
Come on Fellas ya gotta see this. HOW MANY TIMES TIL IT'S NOT A COINCEDENCE?
This comment needs more likes.
Thanks for the heads up.
And I am getting seriously annoyed about these click-bait titles. They work to get people worked up over something really mild and wastes my sanity points.
Ever heard of the boy who cried wolf? Too many click-bait will damage our credibility and make people ignore us.
Yellow journalism at its finest. I am convinced this constant crisis mode for clicks is a big portion of the issue. People either panic and make snap decisions that need WAY more information to overcome cognitive dissonance OR they get burned out and apathetic. Our guard dog ( journalism) of our republic has been a disaster for years. When you add who owns it you get a rabid dog.
ding ding ding we have an awakening, folks!
Also on the radio they said this was only for Venezuelans. Not everyone. Or maybe that was something else? I think it is the same though...
SCROTUS should kick them in the balls and tell them to fuck off with their unconstitutional bullshit.
So deporting illegal aliens who entered the country illegally is not legal.
I agree, these “judges” are nothing but treasonous civil servants in black dresses.
We need to shove them all off the bench & be rid of them!
Weak way of saying rope.
Military, all we got left.

I agree with the statement above. But could it be that Joe Biden didn't have a "border" at all and they came here "legally" under his presidency?? Just asking to see how you feel about it. I think Joe Biden should be charged with all crimes he committed-he didn't protect US citizens one iota when he was in office. Most things he did were probably illegal-or-very close to it.
Before Joe Biden can be charged with any crimes he must be impeached. I still believe that is coming. Precedent has been established that a president can be impeached after they leave office. Impeachment is the constitutional process to remove immunity.
Article I, Section 3:
I think you are mistaken here. Impeachment is the only way when someone is in office. Once they are out they are fair game. Presidents still have immunity over valid Presidential actions, but anything he did that was illegal (not covered by immunity) can be used against him.
The only reason to do an impeachment on someone out of office is to try to keep them from ever having another office - as in revenge.
Yes, any actions they take after leaving office would be fair game, but for actions taken while in office, immunity still applies and would require impeachment if they are to be charged with a crime for those actions.
I'm fairly certain that is what Trump argued during his immunity case, and it makes sense if you think about it. They tried to go after him for taking "illegal" actions while he was President and SCOTUS ruled he was protected by immunity. While he was out of office, he would not have had that protection for actions taken during that time.
In Biden's case, he is not in office and will not seek any future office, so both of those points are moot, but he still retains immunity for official acts as president until he is impeached.
That's what I said.
The SCOTUS ruling said Presidents retained immunity for any legal actions they did under recognized Presidential Authority. They are given wide leeway, but if for example a President walked over to CONgress and shot the Speaker in the head he would not have immunity.
I asked Grok to briefly explain the ruling:
In Trump v. United States (July 1, 2024), the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that former presidents have absolute immunity from criminal prosecution for actions within their core constitutional powers (e.g., pardons, military command) and presumptive immunity for other official acts within the "outer perimeter" of their responsibilities. No immunity applies to unofficial or private acts. The decision, split along ideological lines, delays Donald Trump's 2020 election interference case by remanding it to lower courts to determine which acts are official or unofficial, likely preventing a trial before the 2024 election. Critics argue it weakens accountability, while supporters claim it protects executive function.
Alright, so what are we disagreeing about?
Are you saying Biden can be charged without being impeached for unofficial acts while he was president? I would agree with that statement, but the problem I have is that doing so gets us nowhere, other than more political drama. If they (white hats) can prove he committed treason, especially prior to assuming the office of President, that would be impeachable, so would remove all immunity for everything he did during the entirety of his term, which I think is what we all want.
That's just it. Impeachment is not required, and doesn't remove immunity anyway. That would have to be ruled on by the judiciary - not CONgress. Immunity shouldn't actually matter for an impeachment - only a criminal trial. Remember - impeachment isn't a criminal trial. It is a purely political procedure to remove an officer from office, and restrict them for life. The President would still have their immunity for any legal actions. Treason of course is not a legal core Presidential action, so Biden could be prosecuted for that and impeachment would not be required or necessary. Because impeachment is not criminal, double jeopardy does not come into play either - even if CONgress decides to do an impeachment.
In your example of treason before assuming office, that might be possible because the Constitution is very vague on this. It says "high crimes and misdemeanors" of course, but interestingly it does not actually restrict when those crimes took place. It could mean only during the time in office, or it could include actions before the presidency, meaning that a future President did not have the character to actually be POTUS. I don't think CONgress would convict on something before a presidency, when they could defer to the DOJ for charges (assuming a fair DOJ). Also - even if an impeachment was tried and it failed -- or succeeded, civilian charges and a trial would still be held.
An impeachment would be a waste of time and energy. Look at the last 2 Presidents who were impeached. They meant nothing. Clinton completed his term. Trump (twice) completed his term - and is now serving another. Both were impeached, but neither one was convicted in the Senate. Biden would possibly be impeached if it happened while the Republicans hold the House. He would very likely be acquitted in the Senate since a 2/3 vote (67 out of 100 Senators) would be required. It would also be dangerous, as the MSM would carry the water for the demons and poison the already left-leaning jury pools for any criminal trial. ("Look - see? Even CONgress doesn't believe he committed treason." - CNN)
Thanks by the way for this back and forth. I love stuff like this because it not only makes me think and learn more, but the anons reading this get to do the same.
Joe Biden is an actor wearing a mask. This was established a loong time ago. Wow.
You think that will ever be officially disclosed? I doubt it.
Stop by my site at pf. Same as last year. If I'm not there leave a note on my car (Folded & under my wiper). (I don't cell phone much there.)
That sounds good to me. I will stand by the constitution and all the laws at this time.
"Joe Biden" didn't have or not have a border. The border was established before he entered politics. Therefore the answer to the question in the second clause is obviously no. They came illegally.
As you acknowlege, this is not really a legitimate question.
It does get a little confusing for me, as they first say (the Dems/Commies and others) the president has control of the border, then when Trump gets in the Dems/Commies (and others) challenge everything he does. So what is good for the goose is not so great for the gander.
nobody commits any crime with due process in the way that term is meant. Thats not a thing. Not a good meme.
Insurrection Act
Now is the perfect time for Trump to advertise his Special Wing in El Salvadors CECOT ~ THE ULTRA MAX CONTANMENT FACILITY FOR TREASONISTS !
BTW, nobody ever complained about Cuba holding prisoners for America in Gitmo
The bottom line here is that these people were sent HOME.
Maybe that is because Cuba has nothing to do with our base - which is wholly operated by the US Military. We have a lease with no expiration date, and jurisdiction over that space. While it is still Cuba, they have no control over it. Basically that swath of land is treated as part of America thanks to the multiple treaties that allowed the lease.
Plenty of people complained about Gitmo during the Bush years…
…Then those same people instantly forgot Gitmo ever existed during Obama’s Reich.
Because leftism is weaponized hypocrisy.
Just ignore them and keep deporting. Americans are dying.
Doesn’t it seem like the Trump Administration is executing a set of carefully planned deportations to provoke these court cases?
They grab Khalil at Columbia and the DS rushes to his defense. Then we learn he was an asset for the British at some point, possibly still could be. Plus, the Administration invokes a law that uses foreign policy goals as a standard for determining a person must be deported.
They grab Garcia and the lefties rush to his defense, characterizing him as a “Maryland Man,” who needs to be returned. Then the Trump Administration releases the receipts that he is a known member of MS13. Here, again, the Administration invokes the Alien Enemies Act as the basis for these deportations.
Somewhere during these cases President Trump makes a statement to the effect he has no respect for the lower courts, but he would respect a ruling by the Supreme Court.
This is frustrating, but it seems like another case of having to do things by the book. And, through extensive war gaming, President Trump’s core team believes SCOTUS will have to rule in favor of the Executive Branch. POTUS saying he would respect SCOTUS decisions is a trap of sorts to use against the DS when they try to delegitimize favorable rulings.
What we’re seeing now is the groundwork for mass deportations that can proceed unabated by lower court interference. The Administration is getting the ducks in a row to provoke a SCOTUS ruling that clarifies Immigration Enforcement and the adjudication of immigration status is solely the purview of the Executive Branch.
It’s also interesting the “by the book” post was a delta this week.

It seems like that's what they're doing. They didn't have to use the Alien Enemies Act, but chose to knowing it would be challenged.
With the Garcia case, the Trump Administration surely knew the democrats would find a case to create a sob story narrative with the media. I think they baited them into picking this one.
SPOT ON !
The temperature is slowly rising to the point where the insurrection act will be the best way of bypassing, the corrupt entrenched deep state. I don’t think that we should send Americans to foreign prison with the argument that it’s cheaper to keep them there I think we can build or run existing prison here that are very very cheap, people guilty of treason should be housed 6 feet under the ground. You can’t get much cheaper than that. He’s gonna do everything by the rule of law. He’s not gonna ignore rulings. He has so many options and the alien enemies act as strong as it is and broad and far reaching being one of the first lines of defense brought out I have to think pails in comparison to the powers he still has left to use they cant impeach him and after these midterms, it’ll be even more impossible. I’m waiting for Epstein crossfire hurricane all of the storm named investigations to go mainstream. That’s when the enemies operational capabilities completely crumble as they scatter cover or take the easy way out.
“ where the insurrection act will be the best way of bypassing, the corrupt entrenched deep state” I can guarantee you that some court would block his enacting this, just like the alien enemies act. I don’t see how it would change anything.
Everyone that is treasonous to the USA will get dealt with - no exceptions. Military Justice is coming for all (even corrupt Supreme Court Justices).
Username checks out.
It almost seems like it’ll be hard to hold office by the time this is all done, out of fear of screwing up.
Dig a long ditch.., do unto others as they did unto you…
I dont get it. If you are here illegally, you should be gone. Come back through a legal process or don't come back at all.
This supreme court is so disappointing
Because it's slanted liberal. At best, 5-4 and in some cases, like this one, even worse.
Well, they may not be the final decision for now, its a block or delay and more is to be ' considered '. But your views are important !
I hope it's epic. If they're not told to F off, and ignored, our country is no more.
Not sure that the supreme court is not an alien enemy...
Misleading thread titles like this should not be stickied. Makes us look uninformed.
So , I understand as well, what part is misleading, I don't intend to be. Thanks.
DEMONrats playbook.
Tie Trump up in court, cheat in mid terms, impeachment procedures, then screw the rest of his term.
Insurrection Act here we go
Why is it so important they need to keep these illegals in the country ? ms13 guy. Out of the thousands of others, why is he so important ?
His baby face, gentle smile and soft eyes make for perfect photogenicity for the left's anti-America propaganda machine to tweak the heartstrings of America. They are using this to manipulate our [healthy, intact human, unlike THEM] emotions of love, compassion and empathy, make us feel sorry for the bad person and turn the other cheek. Just a psy op.
It has me wondering just like you, what if he was involved in some very serious work for the Demonrats. Like Seth Rich or Supplying trafficked kids to high profile players etc. etc. , he must be VERY valuable should he decide to sing . . . ;-)
agree that he must be a valuable asset. why else the need for someone this badly
Seth Rich?
Trump should threaten to release the Epstein List now. Like a Judge Tarif.
That's all the Democrats ever do; is try to impeach the president. They serve no purpose other than an oppostion to the best president we've ever had since George Washington.
When are we the people going to do anything?
Trump needs to drop the goods on Roberts.
Ohhhh this regarding the Venezuelans that mistakenly filed their case in the wrong district. They filed in DC instead of Texas.
Ok then...
Please explain to me like I'm five why Trump doesn't explode and yell out "Because I'm the President and the Executive Branch tells the Judicial Branch to fuck themselves sideways. I've already declared a state of Emergency so fuck off with your feelings."
Great exaggerated take from a handshake account 2 days old. Way to lump Alito and Thomas in there.
