I did not heae of any.... the local report actually used the word assassinate. We have national news on Kanye's t-shirt but not on this? Our society is broken.

If I hadn't married an American of Irish descent, surely God would have taken me to Ireland to get an Irishman and make him an American of Irish descent.
I understand people have jobs, but why is he still there? Get in your car and get out NOW. Call somebody you know somewhere and stay with them. Once you get there sort out the details....
You have to save your family. It could be months or years before the government sorts out this mess. No house is worth staying. Family photos, packaged food, get in car. Go.

Lord, you are our provider and we ask you to send the provision our fren, who trusts that prayer is effective and we believe with him in faith because of your word, needs. I pray for the roof materials and labor to come his way through sales and friends, insurance, discounts, funds.... whatever way you choose Lord.... and that you'd pour out your peace just as plentifully as the provision this family needs. Amen.

Angels don't reveal themselves. Occasionally, and very rarely, are they seen. They don't show up in people's presence as guides, as they don't seek (and intentionally avoid) glory for themselves. Demons are fallen angels called deceivers of the light.
Because I know God, and his Word is true. The Holy Spirit has been with me since I got saved many, many years ago. The scripture talks about deceivers of the light. A lot of people are being tricked into new age stuff, and they see spirit guides. They've invited that in through opening the doorway using meditations and mantras/chants/etc. If you read things about emptying yourself, etc...... basically anything where you are not choosing the Lord's presence, but instead are inviting anything/anyone else in you are in dangerous territory. Demonic attachments and permissions are well known among Christians who work in demonic deliverance ministries. People don't understand that those oppressive spirits are there because somewhere along the way they were given legal permission (access) to that person. Don Dickerman wrote a good intro book on it called Keep the Pigs Out. It's a must read in my opinion.

Battlefield of the Mind was pivotal.... but I listened to countless audio sermons while I went about my day.... may God hold you together. Going on 3 decades here--- have seen many valleys. God walked us through them all. His love is immeasurable. "But as for me I will always have hope, I will praise you more and more."
