I was there in December. First early morning out walking our way to Rockefeller for the tree lighting and I am greeted in passing with: “Stick witcha own kind, white bitch”.

I instantly had 3 separate responses run through my head; but “Sit this one out!” was coming in loud/clear over all of them considering the subway incident 3 months prior.

Yes—we hit $4.99 as well today (and same quick jump). I would welcome the Energy Chief’s predicted $3/gallon (without the gouging differential)…

NW Indiana today: $4.79/gallon (lowest octane). ::sigh::

We had a fun exchange of several posts a few months back…longest convo I had with anyone here. Michael will be missed, for sure.

Be that as it may, if it’s not enforced… [promoters of anti-Constitution are removed from and not permitted to hold office, etc].

It shouldn’t be open to interpretation.

A local group is having No Kings protests every week. They announce on all the social medias—and frequently.

The clap back has increased though. One responder this week stated: Good news…I did some checking and found there are no kings in America. You did it guys! You succeeded. No need to keep speaking out and wasting time!

I love this redemption/transformation testimony. Augustine of Hippo was a recently mentioned focus in my Lectio365 devotion app. I understand why he has been a role model for you in your path to salvation. Blessings.

Correct…not the same extremism takeover in all segments/areas was part of his talk. His discussion on the affects of other countries leeching out to surrounding (or distant) countries was the topic that I was reminded of by this post. The mountain seems to be steeper at times.

People, place, principles. Charlie Kirk spoke to this very progression.

Aristotle: “It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.”

I have been entertaining several opposing thoughts on this topic from others here in the past 11-12 days.

The murmurings of so many saying we all should become a Charlie Kirk and continue his works/words apparently feels threatening to them.

With the Appeal and Organi-Peel info of recent discussions, it seems even the 9 labels are questionable. Researching which grocers refuse to sell produce with this product is showing dwindling options.

Aren’t we fortunate to have them? I’m smiling b/c you relate.

Married on 11/11, and our “soul dog” was born 11/11.

Edit: pray for the hollow soul who chooses to downvote a comment like this one. May he/she be blessed with a soul pet that renews their heart and mind.

🙌! Amen. Our kids are starting to acknowledge those annoying age-appropriate points we presented along their formative years. I’m getting more vocal as I age too…thankfully my tact and pointedness are also maturing.

I submit…Washington resident wins this discussion. You are correct about the tragic Biden years. We’re at that age of ‘too young to retire, too old to start over’; and it overwhelms me at times. Eternity is increasingly becoming my sole focus for every step earthside.

I just responded to KSR, and could not include a boost for hope on the designs of all our favorite styles of older model cars. It is sad indeed.

I’m a car connoisseur. That along with my degree in business makes me appreciate your response even more than I would minus those factors. I know if all plays out, this is how it will logically work and I can move on. We can afford the increase on the coffee, it’s just annoying to be seemingly absorbing all/most for this business (and I do very minimal shopping there to start). With the same occurring on the various groceries, it’s a mounting effort to stay on budget and keep savings growing. Thanks for the understanding response…I appreciate it.

Fresh Thyme just raised the price of my organic Guatemalan coffee beans by $5/lb. Businesses in my area aren’t eating any of the tariffs…everything is continuing to increase. Not a fan of tariffs at the moment.

No cable since 2006 (if any of them were around before that—too late and didn’t watch). Also: I don’t stream.

Ohhh…tricky! I don’t eat fries as a rule; but that’s some “slim shady” with the marketing.

Well done. Sugar leads to inflammation; and all those nasties love inflammation.

I follow several natural health-related groups on Meta. Castor oil packs and CO use in general have been useful/beneficial for me and my husband. One discussion in a group not too long ago involved a woman using frozen coconut oil suppositories with iodine mixed into them. She apparently had success with those eliminating her uterine fibroids.

Happy you both are searching for alternative care solutions vs immediate removal. I have read that should be avoided as it leads to other physical issues later in life.
