Too many beers being in the beer industry. Even though I cut back on my drinking awhile ago the weight gain and what not added up. I also have signs of gastritis which is common in beer and wine drinkers. I am doing the organ cleanse and restructuring my stomach essentially.
So I am taking Liver Care from Himalaya, Milk Thistle and do my “liver shots” when I wake up (Lemon juice, cayenne pepper, olive oil and cod liver oil). No non natural sugar of any kind. 5 days a week I got full OG pre steroid body builder and only eat meat, eggs, good cheese and whole milk.
2 days off I’ll eat carbs. Not going off the rails and eating sweets and smashing beers. More so I’ll have some potatoes, veggies and some fruit. Also makes sure my wife and I can enjoy some meals together. Dr. Berg wants Keto all the time but going carnivore 5 days a week and more relaxed two days a week makes it better for my marriage.
Can only drink and eat sweets when it’s a birthday, holiday or if I accomplish a goal.
And so far I am feeling a lot better and don’t miss sweets or drinking much at all. Last week was my mother in laws birthday and I really enjoyed my two glasses of wine and slice of ice cream cake. Really savored the flavors and didn’t feel guilty. Probably have some smash burgers and 2-3 beers on the 4th.
But yeah so far I feel much better. Inflammation way down. Losing weight consistently and energy is up!
I’ll look into NAC. I do IF as well. I just eat two big meals one between 10-11am and the other between 6-7pm. I like carnivore but I do genuinely enjoy cooking so I like to make a creative dish or two for my wife and I on my two off days and she just takes the leftovers to work.
And I joked with my wife I need a sponsorship from Waterloo sparkling water. I drink a million of them lol. It has helped me tremendously replace the ritual of drinking a cold beer. Beer was not just about the alcohol to me. It was a ritual thing of having a cold carbonated beverage.
Outside of a Reddit thread I haven’t found much and I looked up his son on Instagram. Wacko leftist so I would like to hear both sides of the story until coming to a conclusion.
Even then his health advice is great and helps. He can be a Scientologist and still give good health advice. He gives far more information and detail then 90+% of GP’s
Had this problem. Get ALL of her hormone levels tested, see if there is an imbalance. Fibroids are typically caused by an overabundance of one hormone. You may need to seek a different type of doctor, one that will actually do all of the hormonal testing, not just estrogen. At the time I went through this, I didn’t do enough research. I might have made different choices if I had.
I follow this guy, who says they will reduce themselves and go away with proper diet. The introduction, although old, has the basic philosophy in a nutshell. I have found much evidence that he's right.
Changing the diet to carnivore and drinking salted water sounds like a lot of work--- it is a drastic change for most people --- but I have found it very rewarding.
A lot lof people aren't supposed to know this!
Doctors are going broke and they are desperate for the people to not know the secret. Drinking salt water is healthy and western medicine has kept it from us!
Then you should love this guy, Darko Velcek. Utterly dismissive of modern medicine, although he studied it. Moved to Peru because he cured too many people.
Yeah, salt is definitely one of the biggest brainwashes out there. Drinking salt is free, and far better than costly kool-aid.
You can tell who to listen to by their utter dismissals.
Alas, not concerned about cost, myself. Just health benefits and taste. Hell, it's smart to mix kool aid with salt water. Tastes so good, you make funny faces!
Carnivore habits can reverse all sorts of long-term, impossible to cure, illness.
I found that salted water (also magnesium, potassium, not just sodium chloride) is a forever habit. Get choosey about which salt. A blessing when experiencing acid reflux, and It cures all ills, really. My family is forever being told (by me) to drink 'electrolytes' more. We make our own, but there are some brands that are good.
Also, making salty drinks (a squeeze of lime?) helps you give up sugar - which is a horrible habit brought to us by the Elizabethans - who wrote whole cookbooks on how to poison oneself. In the nicest possible way.
Sidebar - Henry the 8th was the diabeetus king. You see - the palace cooks outdid each other in concocting beautifully shaped sweetmeats, cakes and frilly candied frippery for a bad-tempered king with a broken leg.
Eat like a caveman - who sees a boiled egg as high-tech and civilized as it involves boiling water. (The high tech part being the vessel for boiling). But really, a soup-pot, a frypan and a good knife is all you need in the kitchen.
Further to the high tech part - I know someone who is actively shrinking a tumor with topical ivermectin and pilled fenbendazole and all sorts of minerals - also a carnivore - no coffee, no alcohol etc. btw
(Re: salts. Sea salt is the "grab bag" of all possible minerals. Your body takes what it needs and eliminates the rest. I'm pretty sure that each mineral treats specific maladies, but sea salt will cover all bases. Mined salt can be deprived of hydrophilic minerals like magnesium.)
Search for Dr. Berg video on youtube about fribroids. He recommends high levels of Vit D. Of course, remember to take cofactors zinc, magnesium, and vit. K with it.
Daily infrared saunas or skin brushing: Helps detox via lymphatics
I threw in the Gerson Therapy at the very end because My father cured his malignant melanoma with the Gerson Therapy back in 1980 and he's still kicking strong at 85 years. I've also seen it cure the uncurable but don't get me started on that right now. I will be praying for your wife's speedy recovery!
I think years of non stop birth control pills unbalanced my system badly, and led to some very large fibroids. Terrible heavy periods, which the “gynocologist” told me were normal. (!) I didn’t do anything, just went off the pills and slowly started finding healthier ways to eat and live. Nothing radical. Menopause in my 50s solved the heavy period problem. Your wife does not need a hysterectomy, but do research natural treatments.
Just don't let them use the emulsifier, if they still use those, to breakup the fibroid inside. It spreads cancer cells, if any are present, I believe.
My (now long-deceased) mother had one of those fibroid (non-cancerous) uterine tumors, back in the min-sixties, resulting in a hysterectomy. Her family was genetically inclined toward fiibroid tumors In any event, she suffered no ill-effects from the surgery. Mom lived to be 92.
Since it's non-cancerous, I'm not sure if Fenbendazole, Ivermection or any of the other anti-cancer drugs would have any effect. It's worth a try, but I'd advise you and your wife not to wait too long before making a decision. My mother's fibroid tumor caused her to start hemorrhaging, and only an emergency hysterectomy saved her life.
Go straight to carnivore diet. Doesn’t have to be forever. Keto diet second choice, carnivore 1st. Parasite cleanse and heavy metal detox (zeolite drops) these 3 things are what I have used for myself and fam members. Do them yourself. Do the diet together. But do your research. Dr Ken Berry or Shawn Baker. Many others. My zero carb life. One very quick reminder you are literally what you eat drink and breathe. Nothing else so food and herbals do heal.
I follow several natural health-related groups on Meta. Castor oil packs and CO use in general have been useful/beneficial for me and my husband. One discussion in a group not too long ago involved a woman using frozen coconut oil suppositories with iodine mixed into them. She apparently had success with those eliminating her uterine fibroids.
Happy you both are searching for alternative care solutions vs immediate removal. I have read that should be avoided as it leads to other physical issues later in life.
You should look into the turpentine/castor oil protocol. There is a link between candida and uterine fibroids and candida and endometriosis. Sugar is so toxic it feeds candida infestation and other nasty parasites.
Lots of good info on this post, thanks for creating it. I would like to add that you should do some research on homeopathic remedies in regards to this (try looking at elixirs.com at this product specifically for uterine health https://www.elixirs.com/products.cfm?productcode=hh5) and also at Hopewell Essential oils you can check out this link for education and testimonies on others healed their uterine fibroids: https://hopewelloils.com/fibroid.php
Best wishes of excellent health to you and your wife--I hope she can resolve the issue in a graceful and easy, natural way.
There’s a little info about NAC supplementation reducing the size of endometriomas. Also seconding castor oil. No guarantee but worth a try within reason
Some even just fill up the belly button and lay down until absorbed!
Dr. Berg is the goat of natural paths. Currently doing his organ detox diet.

Came to say this!

I recall reading a few of his blog posts that included mentions of fibroids, but this is the only one I found in a search. (I hesitated before posting this, because his tone here is informal and almost flippant. Most of his posts are more serious. Anyway, you be the judge.) https://darkovelcek.wordpress.com/2015/08/29/the-female-issues-higher-responsibility-higher-maintenance/

Preach it!
Didn't know that about Henry VIII.

🔬 Conventional Medical Options (Uterus-Sparing)
Uterine Fibroid Embolization (UFE) – Minimally invasive; cuts off blood supply to the fibroid, shrinking it.
MRI-Guided Focused Ultrasound (FUS) – Non-invasive, uses sound waves to destroy fibroid tissue.
Myomectomy – Surgical removal of fibroids only, leaving the uterus intact. Can be open, laparoscopic, or robotic.
Hormonal therapies – Like GnRH agonists (e.g., Lupron) to shrink fibroids temporarily.
Selective Progesterone Receptor Modulators (SPRMs) – Ulipristal acetate in some countries, to reduce fibroid size and bleeding.
🌿 Natural/Alternative Approaches
Anti-estrogenic diet: Crucial. Fibroids feed on estrogen.
Avoid soy, dairy, red meat, alcohol.
Increase cruciferous veggies (broccoli, kale), flaxseed, turmeric, and fiber.
Liver detoxification: Like in Gerson therapy.
Iodine therapy (if deficient): Supports hormonal balance.
Vitex (Chaste Tree): Balances progesterone.
DIM (Diindolylmethane) or calcium-D-glucarate: Helps metabolize excess estrogen.
Castor oil packs over the womb nightly.
🌀 Modified Gerson-Style Protocol (Safe Starting Point)
Raw juices: 4–6 organic vegetable juices daily (carrot-celery-apple-beet combo)
High-fiber diet: To remove excess hormones via digestion
Coffee enemas: 1/day max under guidance; monitor liver/bile response
Supplements: Iodine, magnesium, B-complex, turmeric/curcumin
Daily infrared saunas or skin brushing: Helps detox via lymphatics

Downvoted with no explain.. People cause me to scratch my head sometimes
Also chlorine! Chlorine, fluorine and bromine are all lower atomic weight than Iodine so they will attach to receptors first over iodine as you said!
Just don't let them use the emulsifier, if they still use those, to breakup the fibroid inside. It spreads cancer cells, if any are present, I believe.
Look into serrapeptase, it is very anti-inflammatory and dissolves dead cells and unneeded tissues.
100% use this! Nattokinase also good.
Yep! I take Natto as well!
From what I’ve seen, removing both the uterus and the thyroid are very bad long term.
Good idea to look elsewhere. They’ll cut anything out that they can. No need for it.
I would seek other opinions as to removing it with a laser, thereby preserving the uterus.
I cant thank you all enough, excluding the one ignorant asshole, I am so grateful for the info ideas to research. Cheers Frens!

Try a product called "Fibrovan". They have a moneyback guarantee.

Take the baby maker out and put the playpen in. Kek Really, do not mess around with this. Your wife's health is too important!
