That's amazing. I have had allergies all my life. Went to allergist as an adult and was told to live in a bubble. Not breastfed (mom had cancer when I was born and had a hysterectomy after my birth) Antibiotics all my childhood for bronchitis before they figured out it wss viral.. As an adult I got healthier... Mill my own flour, make all of my carbs, lost 20lb, low dose zinc and magnesium supplements, eat whole foods and stay away from white flour and processed food. Healed my gut. Snot and post nasal drip went away. Started beef organs recently and feel amazing. I run faster than I did 20 years ago.
My father in laws PSA was 12 in Dec (he's 75 and hs numbers have been climbing since he was 30). and he refused a biopsy. He asked me what he should do and like you, I have been on here a while researching and saving. That said, his PSA number went down to 1.2 in May! He told me the great news on Mother's Day.
Hes did the following from Feb-May... Only 6mg ivermectin daily. (it's all I could get)
I had him start an Inositol supplement, NAC and take black cumin seed oil with honey daily with the IVM.
That's it.
I want to get his bloodwork so I can have proof but his sister just went into hospital.
His Mri is scheduled this week to see if the 3mm spot is still there.
My FIL isn't super healthy. Actually developed diabetes as of last month. He also uses a red light panel for his back pain that he started in Dec. Can't say what actually worked but something did. The doctor asked him what he did and he wouldn't tell him.
Just wanted to share my experience. Good luck to you.
Amish fire water... Doesn't require steeping like fire cider. Really helps break up snot. I also invested in one of those cheap wet saunas off Amazon and absolutely love it for cold season.
How to Make Amish Fire Water
Ingredients: 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon sea salt 1/2 cup boiling water 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (raw, unfiltered)
Stir the cayenne and sea salt into the boiling water until dissolved. Add the apple cider vinegar and stir again.
To Use: At the first sign of nasal congestion or a cold, I take 1 tablespoon every 15 minutes for the first hour, then 1 tablespoon hourly until the whole batch is gone. One batch lasts a typical adult about 6 to 8 doses.
Netipot. High doses of zinc (30-40mg) if it's beginning of cold. NAC (not sure on dosage since fire water and other remedies above always worked for me) Bathtub with Epson salt, baking soda
Great post. My thyroid was low.. Bottom range 76, it's been dropping past year and was down to 71 in Dec, 73 in March. I got it up to 85 for May follow up appt. Idk which things I did to help it. :(
I was very red meat heavy, grass fed/finished the past year. However the things I did from January until May's bloodwork are the following... Anything tagged new is stuff I started in Jan.
Still heavy protein forward diet..red meat, chicken, fish, eggs. Kimchi for fermented foods.
Fresh milled grains only. No store flour. No seed oils, only butter and olive oil.
Red light on thyroid 14 Min (new this year in routine) , 3 days a week. (there's a YouTube on this helping hashimotos patients get off their meds),
wet sauna 10 Min a day (new) ,
started taking Heart and Soil Beef Organs and their Girl package (new) , always take zinc 15mg and 4000iu d3k2 daily.
cold shower 2 min a day, 5x a week.
added magnesium citrate to morning pills (new) to my two mag glycinate in evening pills, and eating yogurt as afternoon snack (new)... I hated yogurt before... But I read both citrate and yogurt helps with gut conversion of t4 to t3.
I have lifted weights and did cardio for going on 16 years now... So not new.
Seriously, I don't know if I have to do all this the rest of my life or what. I'll get bloodwork done again in 3 months.
Sorry for formatting.. Just trying to break it up. Hope it helps someone on their journey.
