Ask for the threshold used to test for each gene. They gave you no reason to trust the accuracy of their test.
Majored in genetics here - the scary part is that even if someone as far removed from you as a blood aunt/uncle took a test like this, more than 99.9% of your genome is identical and therefore known. Stay far away from any company who aims to do any business with your DNA and encourage others to do so
