The UAlaska study seems valid that the NIST study was wrong, but they only claim that from an engineering calculation standpoint. The buildings were a flawed design and therefore a perfect target for such an attack. When you look at this from a bigger lens of recently declassified reports that show just how much support the would be attackers got from FBI and CIA, its undeniable that it was at the very least deep state was behind the planning of the attack.
