I don’t want to get so focused on the Forbidden City reference, but there are some interesting possibilities. She’s deadlifting 125 lb if using a women’s bar, 135 lb if using a men’s bar. It looks like she has single 10 lb plates on each side for the push press. Again if a women’s bar, it’s 55 lbs, 65 lbs, if men’s bar. They could be 25 lb plates which would then make it 85 lbs or 95 lbs. Not difficult, especially if you are as fit as she is.
