It is commonplace (in the country I reside) for infants to play in and swim naked; paddling and community pools etc. Seeing a naked infant is a non-issue for me, just like it would be seeing a woman nursing a child. If you're offended by either the only reason I can fathom is that your brain is (hopefully unconsciously) linking a sexual component to the scene. Why else would you feel unease?
