I’ve never seen this Birther Report video, and I thought I’ve seen them all. That said, it only has 20k views — it hasn’t gone viral, so that could be one reason I’ve never seen it.
The problem is, all the evidence spoken of within the video has probably been destroyed, BUT — were Trump’s administration to find said evidence hasn’t been destroyed —- that would be damning and Earth shattering.
If foreigners are here upon permission, lawfully, as visitors — as tourists, workers, students, etc. — they can remain as lawful visitors or be deported once all privileges have been revoked.
Trump did revoke most privileges for most foreigners, so, now, for an indefinite time, for the most part, most foreigners may be deported or they may be treated as foreign enemies.

As stupid as it may sound to you, reporting on suspicious activity is not a crime. Sorry, it’s just not obstruction; it’s just not a crime.
Whatever the government does is supposed to be public information, because our government is not supposed to operate in the shadows.
There were two key words: corruptly and intent.
If those people really believe they are exercising their rights and acting for the greater good, one cannot claim they have a corrupt intent, so one cannot successfully argue obstruction.
In fact, those people could assert how they are the ones fighting against corruption & obstruction — they would be naive and moronic for holding that position, I believe, but their INTENT is what matters.
For example, if armed invaders broke into your home and you shot them dead, would that be corruption/obstruction? —No.
What if those same armed invaders were the crooked government officials behind the Waco Massacre or Ruby Ridge? If you fight against them or announced the fact they were raiding homes in your neighborhood — would that be obstruction? — No.
It is not obstruction: obstruction is a physical action; physically blocking officers from completing their duties — with your body or other physical objects — that would be obstruction.
Filming and announcing the location of public employees is not a crime, because the work of public employees is not supposed to be hidden from the public, Whatever public employees do at work, it’s all publicly owned information.
It ‘s not obstruction, public employees’ names are already public information, and where the public employees’ names are not already public information, they’re supposed to be.
That said, if the mayor is calling for actual obstructive acts against named employees, that may be a crime.

For instance, do you remember the puffy jacket wearing aliens [in New York City] who were caught on video beating cops?
