You are looking too much into this one.... This symbol was common pre Nazi. Its an ancient good luck symbol. It was used a lot. Yes your statement was semi-accurate but out of context.

Look up Finnish Air force around 1920. This was their "roundel" to identify as their airplane. There is a history of the symbol. Not all is Nazi. Plus look at direction of symbol. Back in the day it was a good luck symbol. Table cloth at Charles Limbergh's house has it. History is amazing!!!!
