Just don't take nattokinase at the same time as blood thinners as nattokinase already thins the blood, get off the blood thinners first. Using both can cause a bleeding issue.

Nattokinase has a lot of benefits, if you want want to convince normies to try it don't ever mention the spike protein so as not to trigger their inner Agent Smith. Just talk about all the other benefits like for neuroprotection, improved athleticism, and so on.

Yep the threshold for "high" was last lowered from 130 to 110 on the recommendation of doctors who got jobs with the statins manufacturers afterwards, funny that. More recently they tried to lower the threshold for hypertension to 130 so that most of the population would suddenly "need" blood pressure drugs.

It's also a long-established technical term in many fields of science and engineering.
