Now educating self regarding the history of statins versus cholesterol. VA put me on 1/2 dose of statin due to "minimally high" blood test result. I will no longer take the med. BTW the target 'high' has been lowered multiple times over time so there is always a 'need.'
My cholesterol is high and I don't take anything. It's been high all of my life and I'm over 65. My aunt's was through the roof and no matter what she ate it kept getting higher she was 90 some years old when she passed away sharp as a tack. No heart issues. She died of old age and natural causes.
Yes.
I am old enough to remember that very few people when they were older got dementia.
Then I started to think about the time the Statin drugs came out several years later people were getting what they called Alzheimer's.
I did some research and it's all fabricated there's no direct correlation between cholesterol and your heart.
Your brain needs cholesterol so if Big Pharma is robbing you of that you now get Alzheimer's and they get to make money all over the place.
I also believe when they tell women not to take estrogen when they're old they scare them by saying they'll get breast cancer. My doctor told me there's no correlation. I started to think about that and people's health decline with no estrogen so now they get more medicines.
He has some great videos about cholesterol and how modern medicine is lying to you about cholesterol levels and what cholesterol actually does for your body.
I'm over 70 - I agree with everything you have stated! I've been testing "high" for cholesterol for the last 20 years. I have refused to go on any statin drugs. What we have to ask ourselves is what determines "high" cholesterol? A blood test - the results of which are compared against a published "Cholesterol Standard".
What I discovered is that the standard has changed multiple times over the last few decades, mostly due to what they advertise as: "new research" and evolving guidelines from health organizations. For example the LDL goal went from <130 mg/dL in 1993 to < 100 mg/dL in 2001to <70 mg/dL in 2004. A major shift occurred in 2013 which focused on overall cardiovascular risk, not just #'s. Then in 2018 they brought back LDL targets, but only for certain risk groups - LDL >70 mg/dL in high-risk people=statin benefit.
So the "standard" has been changed/revised about 4-6 times depending on what your definition of change it....
So it seems the trend has been to keep lowering the bar! Each time the bar is lowered more patients "need" statin drugs. I say it's all bravo sierra (BS)! The groups that are selling us the statin drugs are closely connected to the groups that are developing the cholesterol "standards! It's about $$ NOT patient health.
Thanks! "the limits get lower every time" - that says it all along with a discussion on "conflict of interest". My user name on GAW "Rootcause" is for a reason. Follow the $$! The love of $$ is the root of much or all evil!!
Case in point, the original Covid study from Imperial College's Neil Ferguson the British statistician who said millions of US citizens alone would die from Covid. He made up his numbers
I have a relative in research & we were talking about how more than 50% of peer review articles have fudged data because of all the pressure to publish. I asked him & he once had a case where the experiment didn't come out right & there wasn't time to do another experiment & etc. I asked him what did he do & he told me he didn't publish the article & because he didn't that cost him.
We shouldn't have a system where the honest are penalized & the dishonest, aren't. Period. It is better to have no system at all. If we can't do them right let's go back to doing things the way Aristotle did. At least things made sense back then.
Nattokinase has a lot of benefits, if you want want to convince normies to try it don't ever mention the spike protein so as not to trigger their inner Agent Smith. Just talk about all the other benefits like for neuroprotection, improved athleticism, and so on.
Edit: I removed the vitamin K bit, vitamin K is in the food Natto which is where nattokinase comes from.
They keep lowering the standards for BP levels too. (Same with glucose levels so we'll soon all be diabetic.) Eventually the level for normal BP will be based on dead people with no heartbeat at all. I found an ayurvedic herbal on Amazon called Carditone that appears to work better for my BP than the prescriptions. Not medical advice because I'm certainly no doctor, just sharing an experience.
Since I am not on the local clinical medical register I cannot give any advice, but there is some evidence that chocolate (about 1 small square a day) helps reduce the blood pressure. The best stuff is the darkest non-dutched chocolate that you can afford.
Endurance exercise will also help.
Rockefelcher isn't just responsible for the the medical books, schools and on the board of regulatory institutions...
It's ALSO the damned insurance companies...an invention by the black nobility that ALSO controls the central banks and BIS....
Doctors are governed HARD CORE by the insurance companies on MANY levels - but the most impactful is, medical malpractice insurance.
THIS is the EXACT reason new doctors can't afford their own private practice - now, nearly ALL doctors are part of a HUGE medical conglomerate, hospital or health "system" - just like everything else... Oddball sizes, shapes, cases and situations - don't fit neatly into the "digital world" of databases, data types, "one size fits all (nobody)"
This is EXACTLY the same as streamlining product designs for production... everything is rounded off smooth and stamped out as quickly as possible... just like YOU - These phucking "doctors" these days don't even pay attention to YOU during your visit...
They've got their face in the matrix/laptop - they never REALLY ask you how you are... and God forbid they actually TOUCH your body or even ask WTF you are eating and drinking on a daily basis...
....aaannnd the world's 100,000 chiropractic physicians, 100,000 naturopathic doctors, hundreds of thousands of homeopathic physicians—200,000 in India alone—and 500,000 Chinese Medicine and acupuncture doctors all suddenly gasped in mock shock and disbelief
"Proper"? Is that your nickname for the lying pill pusher$ and vax vampire$ in the priestly white robes? LOL
Also, WTF does "financial pressures" have to do with it? MDs as a rule make way more than any of the holistic health practitioners mentioned. Yet the MDs still succumbed to the big buck$ offered for poi$oning and killing people, while the holistic practitioners didn't take a dime of blood money. Great point, though.
severe spinal injuries from chiropractic "treatment"
"Severe." Sure thing.
Now tell us what type of doctor's "treatment" results in the most iatrogenic injuries and deaths each year.
a big thing we need to do is legalize competition to the medical schools and their jobs; we should get rid of legal medical licensing requirements and allow the market to create certifications (or allow people to operate without any required certifications, if they want to take that risk)
They're basically operating a (violent) monopoly and have increasingly worse performances as time goes on, for higher cost, and so on
Kind of surprised people in the "land of the free" are ok with these totally "authoritarian" restrictions on essential industries
Modern medicine, like almost all things "modern", is based on MATERIALISM.
The material world is the RESULT of our individual BELIEFS.
And our beliefs are the result of our thoughts and strongest FEELINGS.

SUSTAINED discordant, inharmonious feelings lead to disharmony in the body....which we call "dis-ease".
Simply put, if you're not happy, you're not healthy.
Understand this and you can toss out everything you ever thought you knew about the CAUSE or CURE for dis-ease.
All claimed material causes or cures for dis-ease, if strongly believed, can indeed result in APPARENTLY generating or curing a dis-ease. This the nocebo or placebo effect in action. And perfectly explains why all people don't get a dis-ease when exposed to "xyz toxin" and why all people aren't cured with "xyz material substance". BELIEFS rule the roost!
It's this simple. Materialism is the big lie. The generator of victim consciousness, and all the insanity that follows....
If you’re still clinging to the belief that “science is self-correcting,” or that “peer review ensures quality,” or that “your doctor’s recommendations are grounded in solid science”….
I think we are witnessing the total collapse of the Rockefeller centralized medical/scientific/academic establishment in real time. Just like we are seeing a collapse of the centralized financial/political system. The Great Revealing has begun. And, the people are ready to take responsibility for their own health, wealth and governance. That is my prayer, that is the Great Awakening.
Every single published piece of research in education practices and theory going back at least to the 1960s was falsified to push a narrative. This is how we got social promotion, the practice of promoting a kid to stay with his age group even if they failed to master the skills of the grade level they failed. My dissertation showed that this was more harmful than beneficial to the student which is why isn’t wasn’t approved by my committee.
That’s true. My new doctor which I don’t listen he is telling me that I need to see a cardiologist and I don’t care what he says I haven’t been in one in long time and I am not going to make an appointment just they spread their lies that I have something wrong just for the simple fact they want me to take meds and when I go to the hospital for any reason they will kill me with an excuse I had a heart attack. Thats what happened to my my mom two months ago, my dad and my grandfather, same excuse just to kill you while your family don’t see what they put in your IV.
If I think I’m having a problem, I’ll go in for a diagnosis. If I get a CT scan, MRI or XRay get blood tests, urine test or biopsy, I’m OK with it. I want to hear what they say and get copies of everything. If they see something I hear them out including what they want to do. That’s where I stop. I can get multiple opinions and consider all my options. It’s the treatment where I want as much info as possible. I’ll make up my mind on what to do next if anything. It’s not at the doctor’s office where they want to immediately schedule me for something. I go home, research, seek out similar people to hear their experience. I don’t approve anything under pressure.
Get 2 or 3 other opinions. Internal Medicine, Nephologist, urologist. Also try to get bloodwork and urine tests at more than one lab. I would want my opinions from docs who don’t work at same hospital or clinic. If they all come to same conclusion, research to see if other options exist. Search AI Grok and CoPilot too. If you see a strong consensus about anything invasive, search out all doctors who have done the most of the same procedure with highest ratings and best outcomes. Also, you want the surgeon you pick to do the procedure, not a trainee at a teaching hospital.
Years ago I went to the ER because I couldn’t raise my arm and keep it up. I was there for 8 hrs. They saw some signs of a stroke but not other confirming things. Confused, they admitted me. An hour later at 1:00AM a pregnant Indian woman doc and a tall black male doc from Uganda came to my room saying there were going to do a spinal tap. I asked if they were on staff. Yes, both were doing residencies at the hospital. I asked if they had done this procedure before and they both said they “knew how to do it”’. I asked how many have you done? The woman said one. The man said none. I then said, unless the admitting doctor thinks I’m going to die tonight if I don’t get this I am refusing until the morning and the A team with more experience comes in. At that they left.
In the morning, I heard a knock on the door and a neighbor of mine popped in. He was chief of neurology at the hospital. He saw my name on the admittance list and wondered what was up. He asked me a couple questions, did a neurological exam and looked at the chart. They had me scheduled for all kinds of invasive tests when he said. I think I know what you have. You don’t need all these things. I need a simple MRI to confirm my hunch. I’ll get you in for that and I’ll come back and talk with you afterwards.
An hour later after the MRI he comes in and said just as I thought. You recently had a chest cold and said you were coughing a lot. Well in doing so you split an artery in your neck and a little blood got between the inner and outer walls of the artery. It’s pushing against a nerve needed to raise your arm. I see it a lot in young kids and in older adults. Rather rare to see it in middle aged people. You don’t need all these crazy tests. This will heal on its own in about 90 days. You’ll need to be on blood thinners, you can’t lift anything more than 10 lbs during this time. You’ll need to take stool softeners so there’s no straining on the toilet. Come back in 90 days and we’ll do another MRI. I did that and I was completely healed. No further tests or treatment needed.
Had I said yes initially to those doctors in training, who knows what would have happened? Luckily I chose to wait. I learned a lesson that day. Just passing it along for what it’s worth.
That is incredible, both in the jacking up your coats with all kinds of tests, “eager to practice on you with their zero experience and the incredible that your friend was there and looked after you. Plus your strong self-drtermination!! These are OUR bodies and OUR lives after all!!
Imagine how bad things are - and will be for quite some time - because of the "doctors" who were admitted to medical school ONLY because they were beneficiaries of DEI.

Covid vax is a real eye opener.
Look up Dr Sten Ekberg on YT.
He has some great videos about cholesterol and how modern medicine is lying to you about cholesterol levels and what cholesterol actually does for your body.
Just watched on cholesterol.
It strengthens my previous comment.
He has quite a few that deal with cholesterol.
I like that he breaks down the chemical compounds and reactions that take place in your body, as well.
He's not just talking without giving hard evidence for his stance and opinions.
I'm glad Dr Ekberg was helpful for you.
Thank you again.
Thank you.

Yes.
Need to prosecute the statisticians ---- for creating a false platform.
Two canned responses I've seen from statisticians
anecdotal evidence
no double blind peer reviewed study
I respond with "Thalidomide Babies"
There was no peer reviewed double blind study of the vaccine they just pushed. (Or if there was they didn’t show the results)
Case in point, the original Covid study from Imperial College's Neil Ferguson the British statistician who said millions of US citizens alone would die from Covid. He made up his numbers

Doctors. No longer on that unquestioned pedestal. Merit based like the rest of us.
Doctors ----- (if it's not about allopathic medicine) have become the retards in the room.
True, until your life depends on one. That tends to change opinions quickly.
That's when you tell them to shove their mRNA up their ass.
