From Twitter. This will be back in the news for the next two months
Judge Chutkan sets a schedule for Jack Smith and Trump to make immunity-related filings.
Smith: Sept. 26 Trump: Oct. 17 Smith reply: Oct. 29.
That's the NY case.
The judge will rule tomorrow if sentencing goes forward. We don't even have a trial date in this case.
And despite what OP say, today was a good day for Smith. The bad day was the SCOTUS ruling on immunity. That changed the calendar, and made the trial before the election not going to happen, bur the judge gave Smith everything he was asking for today I believe.
Trump's team was asking for a much slower schedule and she is letting Smith present first. He is going to file about how they dealing with Immunity decision and this will include new evidence. This will happen in September.
SCOTUS ruled and then turned the case back to her.
So she has to have the case go forward in compliance with the SCOTUS ruling.
She's decided the most important thing to here how the prosecutor is going to comply. So she changed the order a bit due to that.
There's a disconnect here
In July the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that Trump has absolute immunity for his core Constitutional powers.
The so-called evidence Alvin Bragg used to indict Trump included acts during his time as president.
For example, Alvin Bragg alleged Trump invited National Inquirer CEO David Pecker to the White House in 2017 to thank him for not publishing harmful tabloid stories during the 2016 election.
That's not an example of of a core Constitutional power. Which is why the judge rejected this.
esp the Durham ones,
Those folks were obscure.
Also I just look at a Durham Indictment...come on, lots of obvious clues.
MICHAEL A. SUSSMANN, the defendant herein- a lawyer at a major international law firm ("Law Firm-I")
In or about April 2015, the Clinton Campaign retained Law Firm-I as its counsel for the 2016 U.S. Presidential election.
I can think of four or five Indictments off the top of my head where the identification was obvious on a first read.
The Durham Indictments were noted at the time as "talking Indictments."
My guess is that the two Russians are FBI informants, the founders were coerced/tricked into going through with this,
Well the Russians got indicted, the founders did not.
By the way, Tim Pool tweeted this
I have been contacted by the FBI as a potential victim of a crime
The FBI believes I have information relevant to an ongoing criminal investigation and have requested a voluntary interview
I will be offering my assistance in this matter
Seized some NYPD phones too.
This is a weird sentence.
Judge Chutkan came out swinging against the Supreme Court’s ruling on presidential immunity, saying the upcoming election is “not relevant.”
In conflates two things that are not connected.
The SCOTUS ruling has nothing to do with the schedule of this case .....and that was she was saying was not relevant. So she didn't come out swinging against the SCOTUS ruling. The later parts of the article make it clear she was disagreeing with Trump's lawyers interpretation of the SCOTUS ruling
Chutkan did not issue a ruling, but she is expected to release a scheduling order as soon as Thursday evening.
This is out. https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.dcd.258149/gov.uscourts.dcd.258149.233.0.pdf
She basically gave Jack Smith what he asked for. Having Trump's team file their objections concurrently where she can rule on them all at once. Trump's team wanted to file one and then have a ruling and then file another and so on.
Prosecutors’ opening brief is due in three weeks — Sept. 26 — and Trump’s response is due three weeks later on Oct. 17. Prosecutors then will have until Oct. 29 to reply.
The judge granted prosecutors’ request to make their written arguments on the immunity issue first, rather than the usual practice of beginning with the defense.

Not the DOJ chief
Doesn't explain the shell casings which were actually quite close to each other on the diagram I saw. And I think it's no small thing for a Fed to introduce evidence at this scene.
and I think the guy at 45 seconds this video has changed his opinion and now believes all 8 shots were from crooks.
That CNN audio analysis was done very early on. We now have a lot more audio to compare. The Dave Stewart is particularly close and clean.
There's also this eyewitness who was 30 ft away from Crooks and watched the shooting. https://youtu.be/fRScUtBc6yU?si=Dv1pOXqVQKfPM92g
Police Commissioner too apparently.
Looking up whisker in computer terms " A box and whisker chart shows distribution of data into quartiles
Dude, Trump doesn't even use a computer
That article has nothing to do with Blackrock whatsoever.
And it's not about Nitendo either.
Is this the correct link?
They were running ads about this guy in the NY metro area.
Walk me through your theory of how that happens. Let's see if it holds up
You're employing a couple of logical fallacies here. Mainly you're presenting a false choice.
Nobody had to throw anything for the casings to wind up on the other side of the of the roof.
Another Indictment dropped
Dmitri Simes was indicted.
What part doesn't make sense?
My take is the kid was knew he was going to die.
This was how he was planning to go out similar to a school shooter.

Um, did you not read what I linked to? Uranium One has no US mining operations anymore
UEC to buy Uranium One's US uranium assets 09 November 2021 Texas-based Uranium Energy Corp (UEC) has agreed to buy Uranium One Americas Inc (U1A) from Rosatom's Uranium One Group.
Again. Find me anything that shows KBSF-TV is an actual TV station in San Francisco
Because otherwise you fell for an information operation.
You should have researched this before you posted.
For example, find me one newscast from KBSF-TV about anything.
A bank loan is not the same thing as being paid by a bank.
I wish it was. Because I still owe six figures in my house.
He's kind of an asswipe isn't he?
