This account reads like the RF had an asset (satellite...bugged phone...russian spy on the street) in the area given the timing of the attack.

About every 4 or 5 days on telegram the Intel Slava Z account post photos of the captured displaying their Tattoo's for all to see...so unless you are prepared to assert they all had a meeting with a Russian tattoo artist who junk's them up with nazi tattoos before RF forces takes their photo's then the idea that there are NAZI's is not a Russian "narrative" it's just the truth.
