Destablilzation is central to the plan. The influx of illegals to any neighborhood will set the locals on edge.

Yes, the fact that it is only shot is a positive aspect.

In Geert Vanden Bossche's work, he emphasizes his predictions of more virulent disease only if you have had 2 or more shots.

Yes! Haven't there even been studies which show classical music is good for fetuses and babies. And people of all ages. Not that I trust "scientific" studies these days though, lol.

I agree it is an abomination to the music & totally misses the point. Plus, if subliminals bypass the conscious mind and go straight into the unconscious, how can be sure that she has removed them anyway. Better to just vet the music, the same way she probably has to vet tv shows. Watch them past the first 5 minutes, for when they get creepier and creepier.

John Lee Hooker was a true original and a genius in his purity of style.

Here's a video of Nino speaking with someone live from Burning Man. At the end he mentions he was considering going. I found that odd. https://youtu.be/ZZahIFrfQ5w?si=WLmchSonYfbo6xAQ

And in the book she says that Hillary was particularly turned on by it. Cathy is such a strong courageous spirit, to bring forth her experiences, which have been ridiculed and doubted by many. The truth IS stranger than fiction. And she really is excellent as explaining trauma based mind control. Occasionally I come across a video of her speaking presentations.

Considering that he is elusive and hides his identity, I found it odd that he was talking freely while boarding a crowded plane. And, possibly some people could even be familiar with his voice and work.

Keto has never worked for me either. (Despite the fact it is so popular on this forum!) I too have had life long sugar craving addictions. In recent years, I have managed to keep them at bay mainly with dark chocolate.(not as tastey, so I can control myself more!) Currently I am realizing a huge part of the cravings is actually gluten, so cutting that out helps. We each need to tune into ourselves to figure out the healthiest diet. One clue for me is I loved fresh fruit as a child.

Yeah I like to add some greens as well. Cilantro has actually become a zesty favorite lately and it supposedly detoxes the liver.

Yes, it is a challenge. I think the answer is it is an individual choice and our bodies change as we age. In my experience the less fat I eat, the more I lose weight and my numbers go down. So it works physically, but is ultimately unsustainable long term because I don't find it satisfying. Lately I am trying to do the moderate route of less carbs(especially gluten) and a bit less fat, and zero fats before lunch, usually a fruit smoothie for breakfast.

You might want to look into the Dr. Dean Ornish program for reversing heart disease naturally. My friend always gets his cholesterol numbers down quickly following the low fat diet.

I remember the initial blow back. I thought he had healed, or at least to a degree. Has he still been speaking out?

Thanks so much for posting and please keep us updated on the latest Juan. To be honest, I just have not been inclined to listen lately since it is so time consuming. Are there any other sources who write synopses of his interviews?

Years ago I worked as a cook at a cafe that had a French chef. One day I did the breakfast shift and mistakenly used a big stainless container of what I thought was "clarifed butter" to make omelets. It turns out it was duck fat. The chef was not pleased!
