ZOMG, people who don't agree with your brand of lunacy are meeting in your general vicinity?! The horror!
That does it. I'm starting my own alt-right MASH blog and posting it on Tumblr. Sure my spouse, kids, and job will understand. Now, someone just has to explain to me what exactly is a Tumblr. (kidding, sort of)
Watched all 9 seasons. I have a love-hate relationship with it. The love is mainly for James Spader and the actor who plays Dembe. I'll try not to spoil anything, but the show devolves into the usual TV silliness and woke elements over time. That said, I watched most of it when I was not aware of what's going on, so there may be things I missed.
You know, as disappointed as many were about last night's announcement, imagine being the left and being let down ALL THE TIME when Trump isn't arrested or publically flogged. What it must be like to be that tormented...
A perspective I didn't consider. I wanted something different to happen last night too, but a conversation with my husband made me realize it couldn't be any other way. For the record, hubby was not stoked about Trump running again (age and the DeSanctimoneous remarks), but after we talked through it (DeSantis is the right choice in 2028, Trump talked for an hour without sniffing children or shaking hands with the air), he is on board with Trump in 2024. And, who know? Maybe all will still be revealed after January 20, and Trump is back in the Oval for the remaining time, and still gets to run in 2024 (sorry, hopium crept in there).
Well written, and well reasoned.
Both my kids are Gen Z. Older one voted straight red in his 1st election, younger one will argue with anyone about why Joe Biden is bad for our country. Older kiddo's friends are either as conservative as he is or apathetic. The Gen Z argument doesn't hold water IMO.
If I can't have the MD GOP chair I want (another story for another day), Mike Lindell as the national RNC Chair would definitely make up for that.
