I was thinking this just the other day. That I will start taking charge of my general health and rely on the "medical people" only for catastrophic situation like a broken bone, etc.

That's weird me too. I wonder if that is part of the natural order of things once you start seeking truth generally.

I just posted something like this before reading your comment. Agree. I was saying I moved from Praying Medic to X22 and now am on Badlands. I really do like JH and BB the best so far. I have listed to DEFECTED more than Power Hour though mostly because I didn't know that Power Hour was them. When I went to Wednesday show I thought it was someone else. I will check it out.

I fall asleep to X22 but don't really listen if that makes any sense. It's like a distraction or lullaby. If you haven't checked out "Defected" from Badlands Media, it's actually very interesting because instead of participating in the actual repetitive psyops that is X22 (and I say that with all respect because "I do believe" it is a good guy psyops), they kind of talk about the actual narrative building process and mark the progress that the operation is making in normie world. It's almost like moving up a level or graduating from X22. Same way for me anyway, X22 was a graduation from Praying Medic.

Me too it's like a lullaby. I actually bought a sleep mask with headphones in it LOL.

There's so many of those. "Trump [insert anyone else here] put this out on Truth Social he said the following...." "ABSOLUTELY!" "I DO believe"

Sounded to me like her replacement is mad that Hobbs has not yet filled certain administrative positions.

I would love that. I once saw a sticker on a car here in Chicago but it was parked with no one in it. Was dying to meet the person LOL.

There is no stipulation by the party that opposes an MSJ. They have to submit evidence that refutes the evidence set forth in the msj. Example:

John Doe sued Jane Doe for a slip and fall at Jane Doe's alleged house at 1 Park Ave.

Jane Doe moves for summary judgment with an affidavit that says she has never lived at or owned any property at 1 Park Ave.

John Doe doesn't have any affidavit or attestation or anything to REFUTE what she is saying, but he isn't stipulating either.

Jane Doe is granted summary judgment. The End.

IDK, but people that have a broader audience apparently do. Mayo Clinic apparently got the memo to take down their hydroxy page.

I haven't read the briefs, and as I said in my original response, I think the judge was incorrect in the actual ruling. But it is not impossible or improper to submit a brief with deposition testimony and authenticated documents and argue that there is no material issue of fact and that the moving party is entitled to judgment as a matter of law. Your argument was that there is no such thing because without a trial everything is hearsay, etc. And I am telling you that is not the case. There is such a thing. A judge reviewing that information can still be wrong. But the process is not unique or unusual. AT ALL.

I have been an an attorney for 34 years. Undisputed testimony under oath and authenticated documents can establish that there is no genuine issue of material fact and the movant is entitled to judgment as a matter of law. It is a thing.

Evidence is submitted in summary judgment motions by way of sworn testimony and authenticated documents. This was a summary judgment motion. The judge is wrong, but that is the normal process.
