Your gold numbers are a bit off, gold was at $2650 in early 2025 and $1400 in early 2020. Precious metals are starting to look overbought as well though, silver and miners are up even more than gold recently and show no signs of stopping, it can't go on forever. I'm liking the returns but I don't like performance chasing and no asset class is cheap anymore.

Russia's population density and GDP per capita is less than half of that of Finland or the Baltics. Who cares what poor people in empty forests think? It's your job to sell Europe cheap gas so end the slowest ever war in Ukraine and get back to it already.
Estonians, Finns and Balts have been inhabiting their respective lands for more than 3000 years, far before Russia was even an idea. If anything, Russia is a rebelling region of Finland and Estonia because before East Slavic tribes started settling there in the 6th century AD, it was mainly inhabited by Finnic peoples.
For what it's worth, I'm not saying the US is evil. It was just clearly controlled by the cabal at the time like most other parties in the war.

You firebombed German cities with your British buddies to the point that people were getting burned alive in molten asphalt and turned into fatty goo in basements. Millions of civilians genocided for no military gain. You raped thousands of women and children and starved more than a million German POWs to death in Eisenhower's concentration camps after the war. You blocked humanitarian aid and watched German orphans starve in the rubble while holding opulent banquets to celebrate your victory. You murdered your own general Patton when he started calling out the senseless brutality and declared you had fought the wrong enemy. You gave large parts of Europe to Stalin to murder, rape and plunder.
Hollywood movies about what the victors want you to think happened are not the whole story. Saved and rebuilt Europe? More like tried and failed to erase an entire European nation. As for social programs, we can finance those with our 50+% tax rate just fine, thank you.
