From what I've read, the collapse of SVB was caused by the rapid increase in interest rates which were implemented due to high inflation. Inflation was caused by massive government spending under Biden. Also. The changes to Dodd-Frank under Trump was bipartisan legislation not an executive order.

India is so far down the list (deaths per 100k) that it doesn't show on the top 40. India has about 20 deaths per 100k compared to the U.S. which has 179 deaths per 100k. It's definitely being blown out of proportion.
