No, they shouldn't just shoot them. However they should take better care of their horses instead of just keeping them alive. Obviously I'm not referring to ALL the Amish, but some think of their working animals as machines to get the job done, and horses are not always treated humanely.
Love me some Melatonin. I've been taking it for about fifteen years, and I actually love the vivid dreams it provides. My dreams are so much more entertaining than they were before Melatonin, and sleep quality is also excellent.

I want to know just how the hell they are able to get money for "autism", when even getting an Autistic child a school placement is a long, arduous task. I have an autistic grandchild, and it was necessary to first get a legitimate diagnosis from an MD, and follow up with numerous child study teams, and interviews. The documentation was thorough and time consuming. BTW, no one is throwing money her parent's way, and even getting Social Security Disability payment was a very lengthy process, and the monthly amount is miniscule.
That is deplorable. One of my grandchildren is Autistic, and her father had to jump through hoops to get her a minimal amount of SSDI. It took nearly a full year with road blocks at every step. I can't wait to see every freaking crook who has ripped us off either in prison, or a one way flight out of our country.
Recently I had to go to an ER. Told the doc I do not take any medications, am otherwise healthy, don't need any vaccines. I also told him I take care of my own health by way of diet, exercise and many vitamins and supplements. Left with a referral for a Cardiologist due to "high" blood pressure and "irregular" heart beat. My BP was elevated because I was in extreme pain, and due to the way the mechanical BP cuff compressed my arm so tightly that after a few tries my BP was actually elevated significantly. He was also horrified that I don't see an MD on a regular basis. He said at my age, I should be getting regular medical care. Fortunately I don't live in Canada.
Me too, but mostly because my then baby was a night owl who thought it was great to stay up until three am. I like to remind her of those days when she complains about her own children who are also night owls. Pay back baby!
