The FDA needs to be sued as a criminal conspitacy (RICO) and its members sued as individuals.
If Elon completes the purchase at $44B and it is discovered a few weeks later that the deal was consumated on the basis of fraud by the Twitter board there will be a huge blowup and it will be headline news for weeks.
Even after the deal is signed by all parties it has to be reviewed by the SEC before it is finalized and money actually changes hands. The review may take four to eight weeks.
This is another elegant ploy by Elon. Twitter is now forced to put up or shut up. If the board accepts his offer their crimes and fraud will all be exposed. If they try to reject Elon's offer they are in an equivalent situation. Their con of the world's people will be exposed as they try to justify refusing an offer they have sued Elon to complete.
So Twitter is at lose - lose. Not a good situation to be in.
Elon, on the other hand, can't lose. If Twitter completes the deal and there is no hidden fraud he gets the world's most influential tweet platform for a fair price and will grow it exponentially.
If there is fraud that remains hidden It will be exposed and Elon will not be compelled to complete a deal made with fraud by the seller.
Cuz fraud vitiates everything.
So Elon is at win - win.
Also Patriots and white hats are riding with Elon.
So this seems like a boom incoming.
About three months into carnivore. More strict about it as the weeks go by. At present not eating any veggies and no carbohydrates. The more pure my diet the better I feel. I'm 80 and the things that were bothering me are all going into remission. Many carnivores have been into it for over a decade and their condition speaks for itself. Dr. Anthony Chaffee (neuro surgeon) is a good example but there are many men and many women.
There have been lots of four square comparisons of the real biden (bo's illegitimate vp) that compare one real photo with three actors. It's clear to me from these comparisons that there are at least two actors. One actor a C-list guy named Arthur Roberts. One telling difference is in the ear lobes (attached versus not attached). It's not a movie, it's more of a play or a skit. Many of the prime personalities are fake - being acted. RBG was acted for several months. QE II was acted for something like a year. HRC was exceuted a couple years ago. The list is a pretty long one.
The various suits have to name individuals as defendants so there is personal culpability, personal punishment.
The judge or judges who hear the cases will determine the outcomes. Justice does not matter in our legal system. If we get dishonest judges and they rule against Trump or if the juries have been suborned and the cases are decided against us and against the Constitution then it will finally be time for the military.
Since these trials are likely to take at least two years to move through the corrupt system I don't take this announcement as any kind of good news. It seems to me like intentional delay on the part of the Trump group.
As mentioned by phantom, this is very long overdue. It's not possible that the Trump group just finally thought up this idea. It has been simmering for years. Why only now?
Seeing this now on the horizon makes it look like we are in for another two years of biden BS with food and energy shortages.
Maybe there's more to it and maybe this is just a feint to mask the real assault.

Russians seem to be well ahead of us in undersea cruise missiles and in ballistic hypersonic missiles.
Since it seems that these two catagories of offensive weapons may control the outcome of a nuclear war (wouldn't last more than a few hours) it seems like it might be a good idea to consider befriending Putin and Russia.

Looks more like $200,000,000,000,000 (two hundred trillion) to me - just quickly adding their numbers.That's roughly one tenth of $2 quadrillion. Does their $2 quadrillion number include potential losses from short covering?
Still plenty to cause a substantial collapse of financial markets if derivatives go belly up, which looks likely.
There are several jumps of intuitive inspiration in the decoding that imo require exceptional brillance - or some critical "hints".
So either this is a one-in-several-billion mind or the decoder had critical clues that not everyone had.
In either case I find the decoding persuasive. I kind of hope the decoding was done on genius and intuition.
This opens a new dimension of Q - access into previously missed meaning.
I had a professor at Michigan (60 years ago) who told a class that, "At Michigan critical thinking is the most important product." It was some science class or other and his remark was given as an aside. Still it is one of my most vivid memories.
I would argue that almost no schools at any level teach critical thinking these days. I don't believe thay did when I was at university.
Critical thinking depends on initial concepts. If there are any postulates then the course of thinking is already impredicative and petitio principii is the inevitable result. Fruit of the poisoned tree.
The only way to engage in truly valid argument is to avoid postulates entirely. Can that be done?
It can be done. It is subtle and therefore difficult but it can be done.
The beginning can be made by observing that the world (you could call it existence) cannot be denied. It cannot be denied because - what would be doing that? Denial of the world only affirms the world.
But there is a problem . . .
We have begun with an observation. This observation seems to presume, to imply, the existence of an observer. The problem with that is that no observer has yet been objectified. And until a final observer has been objectified nothing has been objectified - as objectification always implies a residuum.
This leaves us unable to argue either existence or nonexistence. And that is our starting point.
Can a world be built from this beginning? Indeed it can be. Nature does it and the way nature does it can be described all the way into this postulate-free beginning.
Likely you'll be better off.
But take your time. Rebound matches are dangerous matches.
