It occurred to me in a quiet moment …After the first of this year, there was a minimum of 1-2 posts every day of an athlete, an actor, or a politician of notable regard, whose death was announced, “as they died suddenly.”
One night as I was getting ready for bed, I thought It was so striking, I couldn’t help but wonder the number of reg-folks who were dying suddenly also. The were a few average folks who were included in the media’s death totals—and it’s was those youths-children, or a high schooler’s who were in peak health.
At that time -this scripture came to mind! Some people use this scripture in relation to “the rapture.”
At that moment it really struck me how appropriate it was for what was happening -right now!
“39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. 41 Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.”
Right! Where’s Nancy P outrage! And where are the receipts— I’m sure those where sent to China!

My brother and I talked about that at length.
He’s in the military. 30 years of service almost lost because of the mandating of that vaccine. At one point he said everyone in his office was OK and was actually tempted to take it. He resisted.
Then there are those lost their jobs, those denied medical care, unable to travel, denied access to restaurants and stores & those bullied into submission.
We owe them nothing. They made their choice! Those who lost their lives, we can only pray for.

We spent all of our summers riding her bike to the Hilliard pool once it was opened. St. Brendan has generations of school pics on their walls. It’s really cool to see my siblings, my aunts and uncles once a part of that great community.
Hilliard has changed and is no longer the special town we grew up in!
For greater peace of mind, had to leave the east and head west to Montana. Very reminiscent of the childhood. I once had in Ohio.

Would you believe as a child, our school took a field trip to astronaut John Glenn’s home. Not the home that set up as a museum currently, but his actual home.
There were no individual IEP’s, parental interference, saying that Johnny can’t have nuts, or needs his diaper changed on the bus! Father Manning and Sister Mary Anthony threatened us with our life! And we complied! Lol
I’ll never forget JG wife saying do you wanna know where an astronaut keeps his suit? ..she opened the closet and showed it to us.
That would never happen in this day and age. And we all know why. I’m so grateful for what I experienced as a child.
