Just about the only thing legal is the attempt to pack the Supreme Court. The constitution does call for a Chief Justice, but left the size of the court up to congress and the President. Any scheme to pack the court could be successful, but it takes four years and then a Republican President then makes the nominations. This happened due to the fact that Bill Clinton got two appointments in this first two terms and then nothing.

You are right, but soccer is a novelty in the United States. This is reflected in the TV coverage as the sport is covered by FOX Sports and ESPN for major tournaments with TNT covering the US Men's and Women's teams. The MLS can be found on FOX as well.
