Merkel isn´t stepping down - in germany these are regular elections and she decided to not run again with not a single word of regret or admission of guilt.
And since there is not a single candidate that the people respect or even like a single bit, expect the media and everyone around to sing her praises for what a great chancellor she was...(I´m almost puking wrinting this.)
This is, unfortunately, not the last office she will hold. My guess is that this hag will get a nice comfy position high up in the EU regime.
With all due respect - at this moment, it pretty much looks like they did get away with it. They declared a president and a vicepresident and they have their agents in both parties - in all parties wordlwide i assume - even the military is infected.
So...who will stop them? We the people?
You have to understand, as long as there is food on the table, nothing will change. No vax mandate will change that, no tax will change that, even if they take away guns nothing will change.
The people that would fight are so few, that this risk is nothing to them. They will cause some trouble, yes, but since the media is compromised they will sell the news, just like they already do, as some extremists doing extremist-things.
That is why there will never be a food shortage in the rich states, there will never be an internet outtage. They will take care of that. As long as the belly is full (even with crappy food) and you are distracted by the internet, there will not be a fight.
The few poor thousands that take it to the streets nontheless, they will get sacked and taken care of and nobody will notice or care for it.
Thats the sad truth.

I doubt an internet blackout. The whole woke culture is built around "living online". As soon as these people get hit with a good chunk of real world they will realise what a joke their way of life is and what their "problems" are.
