You are welcome! Brown butter is very delicious. Some people will brown a pound of butter then put it into molds, freeze and then keep them in the fridge as a nice treat instead of candy. It caramelizes the butter slowly on low heat. There are many videos on youtube of browning butter. Thank you for allowing me to talk about cooking. I can get lard at my Fry's (Kroger) grocery store. It is on the very bottom shelf in the baking isle. I still cook my eggs in butter. I brown my butter on low heat, once the fats start to brown (you will get a wonderful aroma) I add in my diced onions, jalapenos and saute them. I then add my eggs and gently cook them.

Yes, processed food is poison. Sugar is extremely addictive. I eat a very low carb diet myself.

Congrats! Cutting sugar out of your diet is hard. Sugar is more addictive than heroin.

You should also cook with lard and tallow. Bacon grease is the best to use for many things.
