And never let them bring in a prefilled shot. If they do, make them toss it and bring in the vile. You need to read things, be informed, understand batch numbers and what exactly it is that’s going in to your kids body. The more you know, the more you may be inclined to reject and protect.
Most important thing to note, even if you do feel overwhelmed enough to give your kids the million shots they have on the schedule, just remember that you DO NOT have to give them combo shots. You can absolutely request individual shots and you absolutely need to space them out to give your kid a fighting chance. Again, that is IF you decide that you want to follow these idiot doctors and their suggestions.
Space and time is so important if you’re going to put them through this hell.

If it isn't silencing doctors here, it's importing immigrants somewhere else. We all have to fight for each other because otherwise what's the point of being a unified people with a shared cause. Personally, I didn't want to wind up in Jersey, still don't, but the health care options for new families was undeniably better than most states and it played out exactly as we had hoped. We'll move once the times right again, but for now while I'm here I'm going to do whatever I can to try and tidy up this mess.
Maybe for you. My team is the highest performing team at our company and I've never been there once since I've worked here. Team building is essential to prove out who's willing to do whatever the leadership wants to dictate. Loyalty is built through trust and trust through hard work and keeping promises. Thats what I built my career on.
I'm not looking for legal action to sue, probably should have edited the post. I'm looking for legal action to understand what's the best approach to go to HR with looking for an exemption. Also, I'm prepared to be fired at a moments notice. I took the job with it written in the description, no travel, and left a job that I legitimately had 0 travel. I've held up my end of the bargain in this relationship and if they aren't holding up theres then I'll fight to see what my options are and if all else fails I'll leave. It's unreasonable when it's deviating from the initial agreement.
It’s a red line. I went through this when they threatened to fire me if I didn’t get vaxxed, I knew it was a possibility for our newborn when I saw my sister go through a similar situation in a different location. We were extremely lucky to have a somewhat hesitant but accepting doctor who will ask every time but doesn’t give push back when we tell him what we want. However, if it meant having to find a new doctor then so be it. I know that’s a very cavalier attitude towards it, but at the end of the day it’s a gift to know where your healthcare team stands and what they may or may not try to push on you.
