This is so true - every battle is for your soul and the ones watching you go through it. It is so important that we put on the full armor of God and learn to trust Him fully. It takes time to learn faith and trust but with each trail you will become stronger and end up being that bright light in someone's battle. Keep your heart on the goal, which is in Jesus Christ and Heaven. Nothing on this earth is worth missing Heaven over - not sin, unforgiveness or disobedience. GOD ALWAYS WINS If you submit, trust, have faith and obey. He loves everyone - it is our choice to truly love Him back.
You are correct in saying everyone is broken until they ask for forgiveness and saved by the blood of the lamb - Jesus Christ. However, being holy is not a Woodstock event. It is life changing and repentance everyday. It is always striving to live a life that would please our Father in Heaven. It is not 'love and peace' for all - it is love and repentance - everyday. Read the old Testament - God expects us to not be lukewarm, instead be stead fast in His word.
